Systematic and professional pre-service training is an important way for early education teachers to prepare for their professional roles and to socialize individuals.It is also an important process to cultivate professional quality and ability.The quality of pre-service training will affect teachers'professional development and lifelong development.Teachers of early education are mainly professionals who carry out care and education for children aged 0-6.In order to meet the needs of the development of early education industry and the educational needs of people for the related professions in early education industry,this study studies the training path of early education teachers in secondary vocational schools from the perspective of integration of kindergartens and children.This paper mainly studies the training path of early education teachers in Q School of Z city,analyses the experience and shortcomings of Z school in training early education teachers at present,hoping to provide suggestions for training early education talents in Z school,provide ideas for training early education teachers in more vocational schools,and promote the development of integration of kindergartens and kindergartens and teacher training.This study uses content analysis,questionnaire survey and interview.The content analysis method analyses the talent training plan from the aspects of training goal,curriculum setting,teacher structure and school-enterprise cooperation,and clarifies the possible problems existing in the current teacher training.Questionnaire survey surveys graduates from three dimensions of learning experience,employment experience and suggestions,and employers from three dimensions of employing experience,employing needs and suggestions,so as to verify the existing problems in teacher training.The interview method interviews the employers from three dimensions:employer experience,employer needs and suggestions.It interviews the students from three dimensions:learning experience,employment experience and improvement suggestions,so as to deeply understand the existing problems in teacher training.In addition to the introduction,the main part of this paper mainly includes the following three parts:First,the analysis of the formation factors of the training path of early education teachers in Q school,including the study of the training program of Q school and the feedback of the implementation effect of the training program.The research selected Z city early education institutions,2017 graduates and students,etc.On the basis of the survey,the paper analyzed the advantages and disadvantages of early education teachers in secondary vocational training path.Secondly,the problems and reasons in the training path of early education teachers in Q school are analyzed from three aspects:social values,school level and students'own factors,with a view to putting for ward more targeted suggestions.Third,Suggestions on optimizing the training of early education teachers in Q school are put forward from the perspective of integration of kindergartens and kindergartens,based on the analysis of the relevant theories of teacher development in the previous parts and the investigation and analysis of the training path of early education teachers in secondary vocational schools.Suggestions on optimizing the training of early education teachers in Q school are put forward at the social and school levels.
