In recent years,the state's reform of institutional institutions has continued.The key is to transform government functions and management methods,adjust and standardize the relationship between government and institutions,and put forward further requirements for the performance evaluation of higher education institutions.In this process,medical Colleges and universities have received much attention because of their particularity.Because medical colleges and universities are more complex and more socially responsible than other universities,it provides the necessary conditions for introducing stakeholder performance prism models.Introducing the performance prism model into medical colleges and universities,constructing an efficient performance evaluation system,and promoting a new round of medical and health reform can provide a reference for the construction of performance evaluation systems of other institutions of higher learning.Based on the summary of the basic principles of performance and performance evaluation,this paper introduces a new performance evaluation model-performance prism model for medical colleges and universities based on the characteristics of institutions.This paper selects the A College of M Medical University as the research object,through the field research,collecting data,collating and analyzing the current performance evaluation and pointing out the shortcomings to explain the necessity of introducing the performance prism model.According to the actual stakeholders,build a performance evaluation system based on the performance prism model,construct various evaluation indicators and carry out practical application.In this process,the new performance prism model is compared with the traditional performance evaluation model to highlight the characteristics of stakeholders.The introduction of the performance prism model and the comparison of the situation of the A College of M Medical University show that the performance prism model is introduced.This makes A College overcome the shortcomings of the traditional performance evaluation model under the single subject and single quantitative evaluation index,and comprehensively link the needs and strategies of the four teachers,students,administrators and government stakeholders to achieve real The community of interest development.At the same time,this paper considers the special nature of non-profit organizations in medical colleges and universities to further propose the safeguard measures that should be in place during the implementation process.Introducing medical colleges and universities through the new performance prism model,combining stakeholders and the overall development of the college to make their performance evaluation more comparable and sustainable,and then promote the ongoing reform of administrative institutions,and ultimately the quality of medical higher Talents are exported to a new round of medical and health reform.
