With the proposal of building an innovative national strategy,various regions have also proposed to build innovative provincial strategies.As universities play an important role in promoting the construction of innovative provinces,this paper chooses the universities in Jiangxi Province to promote innovation and development as the topic of thesis research.It is of great significance to strengthen the role of colleges and universities in promoting innovation and development and promote the innovation and development of Jiangxi Province..The main contents of this paper are divided into the following five parts:(1)Collect and summarize the relevant literature on promoting innovation and development at home and abroad,elaborate the connotation and related concepts of system dynamics,as well as the flow rate basic tree-entry modeling method,branch vector determinant feedback loop calculation method,minimal feedback loop fundamental mode generation set method,and discuss the applicability of system dynamics model for promoting innovation and development in universities.(2)On the basis of investigating the innovation and development of universities in Jiangxi Province,this paper analyzes the status quo and problems existing in the promotion of innovation in universities in Jiangxi Province: the lack of public technology service platforms,the imperfect innovation talents and team building,and the lack of large-scale sustained capital investment for major science and technology projects.Industry-university-research cooperation is not close.Considering the “promoting innovation and development of universities” in Jiangxi Province as a system,these four aspects are identified as four subsystems: the number of public technology service platforms,the number of innovative talents and teams,the investment in major science and technology funds,and the number of scientific and technological achievements.(3)Establish a basic flow-entry model of the “promoting innovation and development of universities” system in Jiangxi Province,and establish “number of public technology service platforms,number of innovative talents and teams,major science and technology special funds investment,and number of scientific and technological achievements” as flow position variables,establish the relevant flow rate system and flow rate into the tree,and generate the overall structure model of the system.(4)Calculate all the feedback loops by using the branch vector determinant feedback loop calculation method,and use the feedback loop base model to generate the second-order minimal feedback loop base model,and then combine them with the minimum feedback loop base model to generate the system.(5)The growth fundamental model and the system control basic model propose corresponding management strategies for the key influencing factors in the key causal chain in the fundamental model.The innovations of this paper:(1)In the research of promoting innovation and development,most scholars take enterprises as the main research object and propose corresponding management countermeasures,while ignoring the main role of colleges and universities in promoting the process of innovation development.The perspective of research promotes the development of innovation and achieves innovation from a research perspective.(2)In terms of research methods,scholars mostly adopt qualitative research methods based on text description and put forward countermeasures and suggestions,lacking persuasiveness.This paper uses system dynamics method to study the “promoting innovation and development of universities” in Jiangxi Province,based on The feedback mechanism of interaction between elements is analyzed,all feedback loops are calculated,and the management strategy is proposed in a targeted manner.The qualitative research has deepened the research depth.
