Since the 1990 s,Finland has paid attention to the issue of bullying.As one of the first countries in the world to study the issue of school bullying,Finland has realized the progress from theory to practice.In the process of the research,the Finnish researchers continuously adjusted the specific measures,and obtained remarkable achievements.One of the most successful is the KiVa anti-bullying program,a collaboration between the Finnish government and the university of turku to tackle bullying.Therefore,this study hopes to study the prevention and treatment measures and effectiveness of the Finland KiVa anti-bullying program,analyze the reference points of Finland's school bullying prevention and treatment,so as to put forward practical Suggestions for China's school bullying prevention and treatment.Although Finland is far from China,and its culture and ideology are quite different,the measures of school bullying prevention and treatment in Finland still have great reference significance for China.Firstly,it is because of the problem of school bullying in Finland and China.Secondly,Finland has developed early in the prevention and treatment of school bullying,and has achieved remarkable results in theory and practice,which is convenient for our country to learn from in theory and practice.Therefore,based on the background,specific measures and effectiveness analysis of school bullying prevention programs in Finland,this paper focuses on the current situation of school bullying prevention in China,and provides reference for the prevention and treatment of school bullying in China by taking the prevention and treatment experience of school bullying in Finland as a reference.Firstly,the author systematically combed the background of the anti-bullying program of KiVa in Finland,and expounded the policy and theoretical background of the program.Secondly,the author of the Finnish school bullying prevention measures are discussed in detail,from the aspect of teaching,teacher training,school management and cooperation four aspects are discussed in depth analysis,and of the Finland KiVa anti-bullying program data analysis,the results of the Finnish school bullying prevention and treatment of the results of visual description.Thirdly,the author analyzes the current situation of school bullying in China and the current prevention and treatment policies of school bullying.Finally,the author summarizes the Finland KiVa anti-bullying program on the significance of school bullying prevention,and from a clear division of responsibility,to provide professional training and preventive intervention project support,form is given priority to with school cooperative control system and the use of modern science and technology support for bullying prevention and so on four aspects,hoping to for our country to establish a long-term mechanism to provide reference for prevention and control of bullying.In a word,the author analyzes the characteristics,status quo,forms and influences of the prevention and treatment of bullying in Finland by studying the background,measures and effects of the prevention and treatment of bullying in Finland.Then the paper makes a cross-reference and comparison between the problems and measures of school bullying in Finland and in China,and tries to extract practical Suggestions as much as possible,so as to explore specific measures that are suitable for our own environment and conducive to the prevention and treatment of school bullying.It is hoped that the timely prevention and intervention of school bullying can create a good environment for the healthy physical and mental development and happy growth of teenagers.
