The new round of curriculum reform puts forward higher requirements for the teaching behavior of geography teachers.The teaching behavior of externalization of teachers' own quality has become a key factor affecting curriculum reform.At the same time,regional geography is an important part of geography teaching in middle schools and is at the core of geography learning.Therefore,the study of the teaching behavior of geography teachers in middle schools is of great significance for optimizing the structure of geography teachers,improving the quality of geography teachers,promoting the professional development of geography teachers and ensuring the implementation of new curriculum reforms.This study conducts a comprehensive analysis of the national junior high school geography quality course videos through classroom observation,case analysis and other research methods.Based on Professor Shi Liangfang's classification of teachers' teaching behaviors and Gaofei's classification of regional geography,they are based on regional geographic location.The regional geography teachers' teaching behaviors are analyzed in four aspects: regional characteristics,regional differences and linkages,and regional sustainable development.Through the analysis of the quality course videos,it is found that the teaching behaviors of the same subject content teachers have commonalities,and the teaching behaviors of teachers with different subject content are different.This paper is divided into six parts in the structure:The first part is the introduction.From the perspective of the curriculum status of regional geography and the requirements of teachers' teaching behavior in the new curriculum reform,the research background is elaborated,and the research significance,research ideas and methods are clarified.The second part is a literature review that clarifies the teacher's teaching behavior and the concept of regional geography,and classifies the teacher's teaching behavior in detail.Through the analysis of the status quo of geography teachers' teaching behavior research,it is found that the research on teachers' teaching behaviors mostly focuses on behavior change,behavior problems,behavioral effectiveness,etc.,and understands the problems of geography teachers' teaching behavior research,and finds that theteaching behaviors are insufficient.The third part is based on the analysis of the teaching behavior of the national junior high school geography quality teachers,and the classification of the national high school geography quality videos from 2014 to 2016.Through the observation and analysis of video,the commonalities and differences in teacher teaching behavior are analyzed from four aspects of regional geography.The fourth part is the study of the reasons for the teaching behavior of regional geography teachers.There are differences in the teaching behaviors of geography content teachers in different regions.Due to the different attributes of knowledge,curriculum standards and students,teachers will adopt different teachings for different types of regional geography teaching content.behavior.The fifth part is the case design of regional geography teaching.Based on the analysis of the commonality of the teaching behavior of regional geography teachers,the teaching case about the geography of junior high school is designed to provide reference and reference for the improvement of teaching behavior of geography teachers in middle school.The sixth part is the conclusions and shortcomings.Through summarizing and summarizing the commonalities and causes of the teaching behaviors of geography teachers in middle school,the basic conclusions of the article are extracted,and the inadequacies of this paper are pointed out.In this paper,there are mainly the following innovations: First,through the search of the literature,it is found that there is relatively little research on the combination of middle school regional geography and teacher teaching behavior,and the topic selection is relatively novel.Second,through the national junior high school quality course video.The observation and analysis,combing out the commonality of teachers' behaviors on the same geography teaching content and the differences of different geography teaching content behaviors;thirdly,this study combines knowledge attributes,curriculum standards,student essays and educational theories to explore the commonality of teachers' teaching behaviors.the reason.
