Ritual plays an important role in human life,bearing the social culture,and has special significance.School ritual education is the symbol of activity that in order to achieve the aims of education,held in special occasions in the program,attended by teachers and students,both in primary and secondary schools,including a flag raising ceremony,sports meeting,which own the large number of participants and more influential,including the school daily teaching ritual behavior.In campus,ritual activities become an important educational means for moral education,emotional education and values education for students because of their unique forms and meanings.With the further development of quality education,middle schools in the city promote the comprehensive development of students through rich and colorful activities,but in many rural areas,examination oriented education is still solid,the school evaluation is still based on the enrollment rate,and the evaluation of students is still based on marks,thus for the purpose of improving student achievement teaching is still the most important work of school.Ritual activities,which have no direct connection with the examination,are often ignored.In order to know the current situation of ritual activities in rural schools,this research takes G school in Hubei province as the object of investigation to find the deep situation of ritual activities in this school thoroughly.In order to solve the problems to be studied,through questionnaires,interviews and field observation methods,taking G middle school as an example,this paper makes an investigation and Analysis on the implementation of the school ceremony activity of the basic situation,the evaluation of teachers and students to the ceremony activity cognition and effect,and interviewed the teachers and students,to record the school ceremony activities on-site,carry out more comprehensive understanding of the real situation.According to the results of the survey,there are some following problems about the ritual activity in rural middle school: the form is single,lack of system;the content is obsolete,lack of innovation;the procedure is simple,lack of normative;the evaluation system is not perfect,lack of science;lack of the students' dominant position and experience.The main reasons for the above problems are the form of quality education,lack of understanding in concept,and imperfect management of the school.According to the above problems and causes,the author tries to put forward the following measures to improve the following points: first,change the educational concept and improve the cognition.First of all,we should pay much attention to ritual activities,highlighting the educational nature;and then we should clarify the goals of ritual activities,highlighting the purpose,and at the last we should attach importance to the dominant position of students and highlight their experience;second,improve the management of the school,and pay attention to the overall optimization,optimizing the organization management and the organization strategy.
