Home-school cooperation has been placed in an increasingly important position by modern education and teaching workers.Family and school cooperation includes two aspects: First,the school actively guides parents to correctly carry out family education;on the other hand,parents actively support and participate in all aspects of school education activities.In today's rapid development of social science and technology,communication between people is more and more convenient,which provides new ideas and methods for cooperation between families and schools.At present,the cooperation between home and school based on WeChat platform has been widely carried out in various types of schools.The new cooperation platform effectively complements the traditional cooperation model between home and school,but individual schools and teachers often go into misunderstandings in actual operations.Really exert its value.The author hopes to investigate the current situation of cooperation between small schools and colleges based on WeChat platform,investigate the existing problems of home-school cooperation based on WeChat platform,analyze the constraints,and on this basis,propose an effective promotion strategy to eliminate its negative impact.The author firstly conducted a questionnaire survey to understand the current situation of home-school cooperation based on WeChat platform in Y Township Primary School of Shandong Province: Class micro-groups have been established throughout the school,and the school WeChat public account has already been opened.The convenience of WeChat use and the richness of content have been obtained.The parents and teachers are unanimously loved.However,as a commercial social software,its original intention is not aimed at educators,so there are inevitable problems in the use process.The author designed an interview program for the problem,and discussed and analyzed the reasons through interviews with parents,school teachers and leading cadres: the school did not pay much attention to this work,and the position of the WeChat public account was also biased.The human resources of rural schools are tense;individual teachers have misunderstandings about the cooperation between home and school based on WeChat platform,and teachers are nervous and have time to pay attention to WeChat group to guide family education;parents of township familieshave many migrant workers,life pressure,and cultural level Not high and the concept of education is stale.The author's needle factor analysis seeks improvement strategy based on the theoretical basis of home-school cooperation: on the one hand,schools should establish and improve the management system and work plan of the school WeChat platform,use the WeChat platform to establish a home-school interactive platform or parent school;on the other hand,the school is based on WeChat The platform works to recruit parent volunteers and optimize the management mechanism of the family committee.Teachers should use the WeChat platform to creatively carry out home-school cooperative education activities,guide family education,achieve common growth,standardize class WeChat group communication rules,and rely on class committees to manage class micro.Parents should be passive and active,actively participate in class WeChat activities,and be a volunteer for homeschooling.It is hoped that through the study of its strategy,on the one hand,the cooperation between home and school based on WeChat platform will be improved and developed in a more favorable and more positive direction,so that family education and school education can complement each other and support each other,and finally achieve the overall development of students.Educational goals,on the other hand,can also alert school educators to the unfavorable factors that need to be taken into account when working on home-school cooperation based on the WeChat platform,and overcome problems in practice.
