Efficient home-school communication is the basis for strengthening home-school cooperation and the basic guarantee for promoting the good development of students' comprehensive ability.At present,with the development of network technology,the cooperation between parents and teachers in primary schools increasingly relies on social media such as WeChat to complete.The use of WeChat in home-school cooperation brings convenience to parents and teachers,but also exposes many problems.A questionnaire survey was conducted in five primary schools in Q City from five dimensions,including the attitude of WeChat use,basic situation(content,method,evaluation,etc.),problems,reasons and optimization strategies.The questionnaire survey found that the common problems in the use of WeChat in the cooperation between primary school teachers and parents were as follows: the content of school WeChat official account was single,and the construction of class WeChat official account was insufficient;class WeChat group mixed information,single content,single form of communication;the content and time of the one-on-one private chat between parents and teachers are free.At the same time,the author took S Primary School in Q City as the case study object,and conducted interviews and field investigations to investigate the current situation,problems and reasons of the use of WeChat in the home-school cooperation of S Primary School through three approaches: WeChat public accounts,class WeChat groups and one-to-one private chat between parents and teachers.The case study found that the enlightenment of the use of WeChat in the home-school cooperation of S Primary School in Q City is as follows: schools,teachers and parents should pay more attention to the role of WeChat in the home-school cooperation;standardized use system can guarantee the smooth progress of the cooperation between the family and school of WeChat;rich content and form can more highlight the advantages of WeChat home-school cooperation;only the continuous improvement of WeChat home-school cooperation platform can make the home-school cooperation in the use of WeChat more orderly.In view of these problems,this paper puts forward the optimization strategies of WeChat in the perspective of home-school cooperation: the school attaches importance to the construction of WeChat official account,increases the modules,enriches the content,and encourages the class to build WeChat official account;more targeted construction of class WeChat groups to guide family education according to needs,standardize the use of class WeChat groups,innovate forms and enrich content to carry out home-school communication of WeChat groups;reasonably arrange the time and mode of one-on-one private chat,and make use of one-on-one to increase the opportunity of home visit;enhance technical skills training for teachers and parents,change the attitude of parents to participate in home-school cooperation,and promote effective communication between parents and schools.It is hoped that these optimization strategies can promote the home-school cooperation to improve and develop in a more positive and good direction.
