| Since the reform and opening-up,the process of educational modernization in our country has been developing constantly and progressing steadily.Gradually towards the modernization of education concept,education content modernization,education equipment modernization,teachers modernization,education management modernization trend.The proposal put forward at the 19 th CPC National Congress in2017,"speeding up the modernization of education and doing a good job of education to the satisfaction of the people," Inspire people,Propel people to forge ahead.has further deepened the study of teaching practice and theory,and further strengthened the confidence of the majority of educators in the reform of education and teaching.From these continuous changes,we can see that the modernization of teaching reform has become the mainstream of basic educational reform.The teaching mode of‘learning before teaching’ holds an distinguished position in the classroom teaching reform.The effect of its application in classroom teaching directly affects the teaching level of basic education,so it has attracted attention of more and more scholars.This study combines a variety of research methods.With Yongji County Experimental Primary School as a case,through investigation of educational workers in Yongji County,taking into consideration the differences in age and professional backgrounds,we selected teachers,students,parents,and educational leaders as key targets to conduct the interviews.At the same time,according to the implementation and teaching effect of the “learning before teaching” teaching mode in the case school,a questionnaire survey including various elements such as the implementation of the teaching mode was carried out,and a total of 377 questionnaires were collected.In addition to the introduction,this article is divided into four parts.First of all,the concept of "learning before teaching" is defined,and the characteristics and theoretical basis of the "learning before teaching" teaching model are analyzed.The second part and the third part start with the case,and analyze the teaching mode of “learning before teaching” from the two levels of teaching process and teaching effect.The teaching process starts from the implementation process of classroom teaching,analyzes the teachers’ teaching objectives and teaching steps,and also the problems existing in the teaching process.The teaching effect level is based on the questionnaires and interviewresults to reflect any shortcomings during the implementation process.The fourth part puts forward the relevant suggestions for the research results of the previous stage,and constructs a more efficient classroom teaching mode,which will widen the connotation of the teaching mode.It provides certain relevant standards for the development of teaching reform in the compulsory education stage and enriches the diversified classroom teaching modes. |
