| In order to understand the development needs of enterprise and serve the needs of technological innovation of enterprise,higher vocational college teachers should take the combination of various forms of "industry-university-research" as the carrier to promote the professional development and selfgrowth.In this process,higher vocational colleges teachers can perceive the entire work process.They also can experience the situation of skill application and accumulate the practical experience of professional posts.This is not only an excellent opportunity for teachers who are grasp the dynamic development of the working world,but also an important way to construct a "double-teacher" teaching team in higher vocational colleges.In the past,the related research in academic circles mainly focused on introducing the international experience of enterprisies practices in higher vocational colleges,analyzing the present situation of enterprise practice in higher vocational colleges,exploring the relevant policies of enterprise practice in higher vocational colleges,and investigating the evolution of the practical system of enterprise practice in higher vocational colleges.It can be seen that the existing research mainly discusses teachers’ enterprise practice in higher vocational colleges from the macro-system aspect.However,lack of attention to teachers in higher vocational colleges.Teachers from higher vocational colleges are embedded in the organization structure and a space-time structure of the enterprise.They continue to construct multiple identities in the enterprise field.The theory of transformative learning from the field of adult education takes trigger events as the starting point,critical reflection as the core,and change as the purpose.The essence of the theory is to form a new meaning perspective of view in the new environment or task to guide future actions.Transformative learning contains deep,practical,empirical characteristics.It have a natural agreement with teachers’ identity.The theory opens up a new train of thought for analyzing higher vocational colleges teachers in enterprise.Transformative learning in teachers’ enterprise practice——teachers is affected by trigger events in enterprise,examine the original meaning perspective,and form new meaning perspective through critical reflection.This research mainly includes five parts.The first part is the introduction of the research.In this thesis,the introduction illustrates the background,significance,methods,and main content of the research,and it also summarizes and analyzes the related research both at home and abroad.The second part is the definition of the concept and the theoretical interpretation of transformative learning.Through the related concepts and the theoretical source of transformative learning involved in this research,for further research to do a good job in the theoretical groundwork.The third part is the case presentation of teachers’ enterprise practice.Combined with the initial interview,this research fin-ally selects four teachers of higher vocational colleges to discuss their enterprise practice experiences,and take this as the basic point of the research.The fourth part analyzes the transformative learning in teachers’ enterprise practice process,characteristics,ways and hindrance factors.The teachers personal sensitivity to trigger events is low,the negative influence of existing experience,the ability of critical reflection is not strong,and the ability of rational dialogue is not high,which is one of the major factors hindering the transformative learning in enterprise.The institutional imbalance,lack of adequate resources,harmonious atmosphere and guidance,these factor hinders the teachers’ transformative learning in enterprise.In the fifth part,the author puts forward the strategies of promoting teacher’s transformative learning in enterprise.For the discussion of strategies,this research is divided into three aspects.First,teachers should enhance the sensitivity of trigger events,activate experience,improve critical reflection ability,and enhance rational dialogue ability.Second,enterprise should promote the establishment of the system,enrich the supply of resource,create a harmonious atmosphere,and strengthen professional guidance.Third,schools should do a good job in the selection of enterprise and flexible organization of enterprise practice forms. |
