19th CPC National Congress report points out: Improve the system of vocational education,deepen the integration of education,and cooperate with the school-enterprise;Building up an army of knowledge-based,skilled and innovative workers,carry forward the spirit of labor model and craftsman spirit,create a glorious social work style and dedication to excellence.Pointed out the direction for the vocational education development,planned the prospect.A hundred years of planning,education is the basis.Teachers are the foundation of education.A team of teachers with strong practical skills and high professional quality is the supporting point to ensure the healthy,stable and sustainable development of higher vocational colleges.In order to develop higher vocational education vigorously,it is necessary to train high-skilled teachers to adapt to the development of the profession.Since the promulgation of the decision of the State Council on vigorously developing Vocational Education in 2005,after the first time of the teacher enterprise practice,the related documents have been published.The Ministry of Education attaches great importance to the postservice training of teachers in vocational colleges and universities.From 2011 to 2015,450000 teachers were co-organized with the Ministry of Finance to participate in the after-service training of teachers who participated in the enterprise practice and concentrated training alternately.Under the background of the cooperation between schools and enterprises,the practice of teachers' enterprises has been carried out one after another.In the process of enterprise practice,the cooperation between schools and enterprises has been strengthened,their professional skills have been improved,and certain results have been achieved.However,the current practice of teachers' enterprises in higher vocational colleges also faces some problems,which affects the effectiveness of the practice of teachers' enterprises.In this study,based on the analysis and summary of the existing literature,the author analyzes the theoretical basis of teacher enterprise practice,and defines the core concept of professional teacher enterprise practice in higher vocational education.Taking Yuncheng City of Shanxi Province as an example,this paper investigates the present situation of the practice of professional teachers in some higher vocational colleges in Yuncheng City,from the point of view of colleges and teachers,This study is divided into five parts: three aspects of enterprises put forward the perfect countermeasures in line with the actual situation of Yuncheng City in Shanxi Province.The first part mainly introduces the reason and significance of this research.On the basis of analyzing the current situation of research at home and abroad,the thesis is directed by the theory of teachers' professional development.The two core concepts of enterprise practice are defined.The second part,on the basis of the existing research,analyzes the necessity of higher vocational teachers' enterprise practice from three aspects,summarizes the types of teachers participating in enterprise practice and the form of teachers' participation in enterprise practice.The third part selects five higher vocational colleges in Yuncheng Shanxi Province to carry on the field investigation uses the questionnaire survey and the interview unifies the investigation method and carries on the summary to the investigation result analyzes the Shanxi Yuncheng higher vocational college specialized teacher enterprise practice present situation.The fourth part,on the basis of the investigation of the present situation,analyzes the problems in the practice of professional teachers in higher vocational colleges from the system level,the college level,the teacher level,and the enterprise level,and analyzes the causes of their emergence through the phenomenon.Find out the influencing factors of teachers' enterprise practice.In the fifth part,aiming at the problems in the practice of teachers' enterprises in Yuncheng City,Shanxi Province,the author puts forward some suggestions and countermeasures from the aspects of teachers,colleges and enterprises in order to improve the effectiveness of the practice of teachers' enterprises.The aim is to narrow the gap between the practice of higher vocational teachers in Yuncheng,Shanxi Province,and the requirements of the state.
