Literature survey and interview survey were adopted in the study. Based on literature review of a large number of domestic and overseas current researches, the study investigated713university students who study in Anhui University, Hefei University of Technology, Nanjing Normal University by using the Career Decision-Making Self-Efficacy Scale-Simple Form (CDMSE-SF), Simple Coping Style Questionnaire (SCSQ) and Social Support Scale.311of the them are college students with left-behind experience. First, the study compared college students with left-behind experience with other students in the development of CDMSE, social support and coping style. Then, the study examined the characteristics of the once been left-behind college students’CDMSE. What’ more, the study examined the relationships among CDMSE, social support and coping style.The results showed that:(1)There weren’t significant differences between college students with left-behind experience and other students in the development of CDMSE, social support and coping style.(2) About college students with left-behind experience, there wasn’t significant grade difference of CDMSE, but the scores of senior and freshmen were higher than that of sophomore and junior. There wasn’t significant gender difference, but the grade difference was significant among boys. The scores of senior boys were higher than that of sophomore and junior boys. The levels of CDMSE of girls were steady.(3)There wasn’t significant difference in the aspect of the length of left-behind time. But the contact frequency with parents when they were left-behind influenced the level of CDMSE.(4)Those who taken care of themselves when been left-behind got higher scores in CDMSE and self-evaluation, screening-goal and making-plan dimensions than those who were taken care of by grand-parents, parents or sisters and brothers.(5)"The use of support" dimension and "subjective support" dimension of social support provided significantly positive predictions to CDMSE and its five dimensions.(6) Positive coping style provided significantly positive predictions to CDMSE and its five dimensions, while negative coping style provided significantly negative predictions to CDMSE and its five dimensions(7) Positive coping style had total mediator effect between social support and career decision making self-efficacy.
