The information technology application ability training of teachers' in secondary vocational schools is one of the long-term effective ways for the professional growth of them.With the development of micro-course,the micro-course teaching design ability has become an important embodiment of teachers' information technology application ability and curriculum integration ability.Therefore,the application of micro-course to the training of information technology application skills of secondary vocational school teachers will improve the level of teaching informatization of the teachers.Based on the micro-course teaching design training,it provides support and guarantee for the training of the information technology application ability of the participating teachers,which is favored by the conferees.This study is based on the author's daily training work practice.In view of the current situation,the single form,the poor effectiveness and other problem in the training of information technology application ability of secondary vocational teachers,try to develop micro-course in the training of teachers' information technology application ability.Teaching design training practice activities,explore the effectiveness of micro-course instructional training in optimizing teacher training models and solving problems in it.Based on the current research literature on micro-course at home and abroad,this study discusses the concept of micro-course,summarizes the characteristics of it and at the same time,the training of micro-courses in the application of information technology for secondary vocational teachers.The research status and development trends are summarized.On this basis,the author comes up with the problems,main research contents,research methods and schemes of the information technology training of the secondary vocational teachers based on the micro-teaching design.The thesis first defines the related concepts and then develops from the theoretical basis of the research.The role of micro-course design training,the principle of micro-course design and the application model of it are used to conduct feasibility study of micro-course design training.Subsequently,the training of micro-course designability in the training of information technology ability of secondary vocational teachers is carried out.Based on the questionnaire survey,and the model construction principles,the micro-course teaching design training program is formulated.In the practice of training the information technology application ability of the secondary vocational teachers,the interview method and the questionnaire survey are used to conduct the micro-course.The effect before and after the instructional design training,based on the practical operation,the integration of the micro-course and the training is time-sensitive,and has an optimization effect on the training mode,which can effectively solve the conclusions of some problems existing in the training.Due to the relatively single study sample,extensive and in-depth research is needed in the practice value of in-service teacher training in the “Internet Plus” era.
