MOOC(Massive Open Online Course)is a new form of online open education,because of the salient features that different from other online video courses get widely attention,and got rapid development in recent years.MOOC have a significant impact on the traditional education model,give our country's goal of "break the bottleneck which restrict the development of the education for a long time,and strive to complement information technology in education concept,teaching methods,teaching means'revolutionary influence" provides a realistic reference,our country have begun to vigorously promote and develop MOOC.The development of MOOC needs the participation of learners.A large number of learners' participation can helps increase MOOC revenue,reduce courses costs,reduce teachers' workload and improve courses satisfaction.However,MOOC exist the present situation that learners participate learning is insufficient and courses' overall pass rate is low,it's not conductive to the further development of MOOC.As "Eaya" learners an example,according to binary Logistic regression model can find the ability of self-learning,platform satisfaction,certificate authority and humanistic concern are four prominent factors that influence the study effect of "Erya" learners.The following conclusions are summarized by analyzing the research results.1)MOOC learners widely exists the phenomenon of learning disorder;2)MOOC s' humanistic concern is generally low;3)certificate of MOOC lack of broad social recognition;4)platform satisfaction of MOOC is low;5)self-learning ability of MOOC learning have limitations.These factors restrict the efficiency and quality of learners participates in MOOC.Aimed at the main factors of restricting learners participates in MOOC,put forward the following solution paths.1)scientific planning,act according to one' ability,reasonable arrange learning progress;2)actively seek a MOOC learning companion,mutual learning and supervision;3)adopting the "MOOC+classroom=SPOC" form to improve the humanistic concern;4)clear the teaching target based on the teaching three-dimensional target;5)strengthen the integration of teaching courses and other resources with the mode of "TPACK + WebQuest";6)establish the basic value of the MOOC teaching strategy;7)implement the linkage mechanism,enhance the social recognition of MOOC certificate;8)attract capital investment,strengthen technological research,improve the experience effect of MOOC platform.Expect to these measures can effectively solve the learning difficulties confronted by learners,improve the efficiency and quality of learners to participates in MOOC,so that promote the development of MOOC better.
