The7th-9th graders were in puberty, which was the critical period for the development of their physical and mental health. The bullied people would be caused great physical and mental harm in Bullying on campus, and the intervention behavior of the bullied peers might be an effective means to deal with the bullying behavior. The purpose of this study was to explore the influence mechanism of individual moral cognition and personality level on peer intervention model,as well as the effect of peer friendship quality on this mechanism, which could enrich the existing peer intervention theory. It could also provide scientific basis for the intervention and prevention of campus bullying. In the first study,on the basis of the?Latanéand Darley's,1970??bystander intervention Model scale?,and taking the bullied peer as the object of study, the Peer intervention Model scale was compiled. The model included five sequential steps, which were the first step Awareness of bullying, the second step Assessment of states of emergency, the third step Taking responsibility for help, the fourth step Forming intervention strategy, the fifth step Implementing intervention strategy.Five sequential steps were performed to measure peer intervention model in the 7th-9th graders. The second study explored the influence mechanism of moral disengagement and proactive personality on peer intervention model, and analyzed the moderating effect and mediating effect of peer friendship quality. The study found that:1.The higher the moral disengagement level of the7th-9th graders was,the higher the level of awareness of bullying and the cognition of bullying as an emergency they had.2.The higher the initiative in personality traits of the7th-9th graders was,the higher the level of peer intervention model they had.3.The quality of peer friendship in the7th-9th graders had significant negative moderating effect on moral disengagement and peer intervention model in the first step Awareness of bullying and second step Assessment of states of emergency. That meant that the quality of peer friendship in the 7th-9th graders could alleviate the influence of moral disengagement on the perceived level of bullying events and the cognitive level of emergency events in the 7th-9th graders.4.The quality of peer friendship of the7th-9th graders has a partial mediation between the proactive personality and peer intervention model in the second step Assessment of states of emergency and the fourth step forming intervention strategy. There is a complete mediating effect between the third step of Taking responsibility for help and the fifth step of Implementing intervention strategy, which indicated that the proactive personality not only directly affected the peer intervention model, but also has a direct influence on the peer intervention model by influencing the level of individual quality of peer friendship.
