Research On The Reform And Development Path Of Sports Associations In Wenzhou Under The Background Of Running Sports By Social Forces

With the comprehensive deepening of reform and development in China,sports reform has been further promoted,and the substantive reform of associations with football reform as the priority has optimized the space and environment for sports social organizations to participate in sports.In 2017,the State General Administration of Sports and the Zhejiang Provincial Government signed an agreement to pilot the "Sports Reform by Social Forces" in Wenzhou.Promoted by the pilot sports reform run by social forces,sports associations in Wenzhou have developed remarkably not only about quantity and scale,but about the aspects and levels of participation.However,they are also facing bottlenecks.Studying the reform path of sports associations in Wenzhou not only promotes the pilot reform process in Wenzhou,but also promotes the socialization and marketization of sports.This research takes the reform and development path of sports associations in Wenzhou as the research object,and the investigation object is sports associations in Wenzhou.By using the methods of documentation,expert interview,field observation,questionnaire survey and mathematical statistics,the research and interview of sports associations in Wenzhou are carried out,and the current situation,existing problems,characteristics and advantages of sports associations in Wenzhou are understood.It is of practical significance to form experience and put forward its reform path.Research and development found that at present the rapid development of sports associations in Wenzhou,which basically covers the whole city,the independence of sports associations in Wenzhou,the dominant advantages of market governance,and the social servicesenthusiasm and efficiency of sports associations in Wenzhou is high.However,there are still some problems compared with the needs of social development,such as not fully releasing the service capacity of sports associations,the quality of sports public service needs to be improved,the lack of professional talents of sports associations,the scarcity of high-quality projects for sports associations promotion,and the backward construction of sports associations informatization.Speeding up the development of sports associations has become the top priority of deepening reform in Wenzhou social forces to run sports reform pilot.Therefore,in view of the problems existing in Wenzhou sports associations,the following reform measures and suggestions are put forward:First,continue to play its characteristics and advantages,and accelerate the pace of reform of sports associations.Secondly,we should guide and improve the service capacity of Wenzhou sports associations.Thirdly,improve the evaluation system of sports service.Fourthly,we should strengthen the training and introduction of professionals in sports associations in Wenzhou.Fifth,Wenzhou sports associations should speed up the construction of brand events.Sixth,Wenzhou sports associations should attach importance to the construction of informatization and enhance the stickiness between sports associations and members.
