| College sports clubs are the product of the reform of colleges and universities in accordance with the spirit of The PE Curriculum Teaching Guidelines of National General Institutions of Higher Education which has made particular achievements in stimulating students' interest in sports,meeting students' needs for sports,and cultivating students' lifelong sports consciousness.However,with the development of the society,the original club development model seems to have come to a bottleneck period,which makes it difficult to meet the growing and more diversified sports' needs.This paper adopts the methods of literature,questionnaire,field investigation,interview,mathematical statistics and logical analysis to investigate 9 college and university sports clubs(excluding independent colleges and universities)in Wenzhou area and analyze the factors restricting their further development.At the same time,another two investigations are made to some sports clubs in Shanghai and Shenzhen,some successful experience is absorbed and learned.A research is madeon the path of introducing social power into sports clubs of colleges and universities in Wenzhou under the background of running sports by social power.The purpose is to accelerate the development of Wenzhou college sports clubs and to break through the bottleneck for better meeting students' growing diversified sports demand.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)Wenzhou college sports clubs are carried out in the form of extracurricular sports clubs.The competent departments include the college social federation and the ministry of public sports,and the club leader is responsible for the implementation of the system;(2)The number of sports clubs in colleges and universities in Wenzhou is less,the sport items are dominated by traditional sports and even less new developing leisure sports emerging;(3)the factors that affect the further development of the clubs include: the low proportion of teachers is occupied in the leisure sports project;clubs mainly rely on membership fees and school activity funds to maintain,the ability to attract social sponsorships and generate income by itself is weak;The venues where clubs hold activities are restricted within the school,some of the sports equipment aging and lacking,which lead to the low satisfaction,but the club members' consciousness of using social sites and equipment resources is weak.(4)The paths for Wenzhou college sports clubs introducing social power include: to promote new projects to take root in the campus through the school-enterprise cooperation,meanwhile,lay emphasis on introducing traditional sports projects to enrich the campus sports;actively introduce coaches or teams from local social sports associations,and apply for dispatching the social sports instructors from social sports centers to increase the school's teaching resources;Encourage college sports clubs to "go out" and expand the scope of club activities by sharing sports venues between universities,utilizing public venues outside schools reasonably and expanding commercial sports venues.By introducing off-campus sports companies to manage sports products on campus and introducing the Internet sports productions to enrich the equipment and facilitate the club daily use,too.Through the paid social services,absorb part social members,establish club foundation and develop club intangible assets to increases the fund income so as to provide the sustainable stable funds for the club development.It is suggested that the relevant departments in colleges and universities should pay more attention to the work of sports clubs in their work,ensure that sports clubs can make an independent voice,and give the clubs more freedom to sponsor,to help clubs establish links with sister colleges and social sports associations,and also to actively communicate with the school's infrastructure or logistics departments to create conditions for the introduction of social forces while maintaining good order on campus. |
