Research On The Development Path Of Small Basketball In Wenzhou Primary School

In 2017,the Chinese Basketball Association launched the "Small Basketball Development Plan" adapted to the physical conditions of children aged 12 years and younger.Small basketball sports are of great significance for helping the physical development of children and promoting the sustainable development of basketball in China.This study took 20 elementary schools in Wenzhou as the survey object,using literature data method,questionnaire survey method,expert interview method,logic analysis method,mathematical statistics method and other research methods.The current situation of campus development is investigated and combined with swot analysis to rationally analyze and summarize the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and challenges of the development of elementary school basketball in Wenzhou.Finally,the effective development path of elementary school basketball in Wenzhou is proposed.The study concluded:1.Through the investigation and analysis of the development status of primary basketball in Wenzhou primary schools,the school leaders and parents in Wenzhou support the development of primarybasketball,the popularity is expanding further,and the development of primary primary basketball is good.However,there are still problems such as inadequate field equipment,no unified small basketball syllabus,lack of professional teachers,short number of games,short cycle,insufficient funds,and security needs to be strengthened.2.On the whole,the development of small basketball in elementary schools in Wenzhou City has the same advantages and disadvantages,and the opportunities are more obvious than the threats.The strong support of the national policy is a breakthrough.At the same time,the promotion of the small basketball plan,the diversification of publicity platforms,and Wenzhou ’s social forces to help the development of school sports also provide opportunities for the development of small basketball in Wenzhou Elementary School,but there are still competitions in other sports.The threat of utilitarian mentality still exists,and the sports and education departments are not well integrated.Therefore,the development of elementary school basketball in Wenzhou must rely on internal advantages and use external opportunities to make up for internal disadvantages,thereby optimizing the development environment;at the same time,it must avoid external threats and take the road of sustainable development through transformation or elimination.3.The development path of small basketball in Wenzhou Elementary School based on SWOT analysis: First,innovate thedevelopment concept of small basketball,and shape the good atmosphere of small basketball development.(1)Increase publicity and improve the influence of small basketball;(2)Change the development concept of small basketball and abandon the utilitarian mentality;(3)Strengthen universal education and shape a good atmosphere for students to participate;Second,apply both internally and externally to improve small basketball Development of material foundation.(1)Optimize and upgrade the venue equipment and facilities to improve the quality of small basketball development;(2)Broaden the channels for obtaining funds and increase the income of small basketball development funds;Third,strengthen the construction of teaching teachers and provide technical support for small basketball development.(1)Establish a unified small basketball syllabus and optimize the small basketball teaching system;(2)Strengthen the construction of small basketball teachers and talents,expand the number of teachers and improve the quality of teachers;(3)Organize games reasonably and expand the number and cycle of small basketball games in the school;(4)Reasonably arrange after-school training to improve the scientificity of small basketball training;Fourth,strengthen security measures to promote the sustainable development of small basketball.(1)Change the concept of parents and stimulate students’ initiative and enthusiasm;(2)Actively encourage and guide social forces to participate in theconstruction of small basketball and promote the sustainable development of small basketball;(3)Strengthen the safety measures of small basketball to improve the development of small basketball Security guarantee.
