The purpose of this study is to investigate the present condition and explore the internal relationship among social support,teaching efficacy and job satisfaction of special post teachers.This paper uses “Social Support Scale”,“Teaching Effectiveness Scale” and “Primary and Secondary School Teachers Job Satisfaction Scale” as parenthood measurement scale.A total of 310 questionnaires were distributed and 298 questionnaires were collected,including 294 valid questionnaire and the effective rate was 98.6%,and SPSS 17.0 was used for data processing and analysis.The results were showed :(1)The overall social support level of special post teachers was on the lower level,and there were significant differences among different educational background,different teaching age,different professional titles and whether or not they have been established;The teaching efficacy of special post teachers was generally on the upper middle level,and there are significant differences in whether or not they have been established;The overall job satisfaction of special post teachers is on the middle level,and there are significant differences in demographic variables among whether they are normal students or not,whether or not they have been established,different educational background,different teaching age.(2)The social support had preferable predictive effect on job satisfaction,and the correlation coefficient between social support and teaching efficacy was 0.418.(3)There was a significant positive correlation coefficient between social support and teaching efficacy of special post teachers.The correlation coefficient between social support and teaching efficacy was 0.295.(4)The Teaching efficacy was positively correlated with job satisfaction of special post teachers.The correlation coefficient between teaching efficacy and job satisfaction was 0.387.(5)Multiple regression analysis showed that social support and teaching efficacy can explain on self-esteem 20.3%,14.7% respectively.(6)The teaching efficacy of special post teachers played a part of the intermediary role between social support and job satisfaction,with mediation effect of 20.3%.It is suggested that the state should improve the salary and develop salary incentive policies of special post teachers;local governments and educational administrative departments should strengthen the training of special post teachers;and school should perfect the system management and humanized management,establishing good social support for special post teachers to improve their teaching efficacy,and then enhance their job satisfaction.
