General Secretary Xi Jinping pointed out that "sports carry the dream of national prosperity and rejuvenation".Education is the first resource for the development of a country and the foundation of a country.It is of strategic significance to build a country by strengthening its teachers,and it is related to the future and destiny of a country and a nation.Physical education teachers in primary and secondary schools are the leading force of the school physical education work in the compulsory education stage,and the concrete executor to complete the school physical education work,and their education work is an important part of the road to achieve sports power.However,due to the increasing pressure of life and social pressure,the lack of physical education teaching space,salary gap,interpersonal relationship and other factors,some primary and secondary school physical education teachers appear low work efficiency,work passion is not high,low satisfaction phenomenon,And how to improve and improve the job satisfaction of PE teachers in primary and secondary schools has been concerned by relevant scholars at home and abroad.This research mainly USES mathematical statistics and logic analysis to the influence factors of primary and middle school PE teachers' job satisfaction and the ascension path as the research object,combing the development condition,by analyzing the professional identity,social support,teaching self-efficacy,job satisfaction four level of latent variables(a total of 14 secondary potential variables)the relationship between each other,the following results and conclusions:(1)Among demographic factors,gender,educational background,geographical type of school and job satisfaction of primary and secondary school PHYSICAL education teachers are significantly affected;There is no significant influence between marital status,teaching age,staff status and job satisfaction of PE teachers in primary and secondary schools.(2)Professional identity,social support,teaching efficacy and job satisfaction of PE teachers in primary and secondary schools were significantly positively correlated(P <0.05).(3)Professional identity,social support and teaching efficacy can positively predict the job satisfaction of PE teachers in primary and secondary schools,indicating that the job satisfaction of PE teachers in primary and secondary schools can be improved by improving the above influencing factors.Professional identity(when demographic factors are used as control variables)(the same below)has the greatest influence on PE teachers' job satisfaction,while professional values have the least influence.In the dimension of social support,friends' support has the greatest influence on job satisfaction,while other support has the least influence.Personal teaching efficacy has the greatest influence on their job satisfaction,while general teaching efficacy has the least influence.According to the above research content,the author puts forward some measures to further improve the job satisfaction of PE teachers in primary and secondary schools by creating the social environment of heavy weight teaching,establishing and perfecting the reward system in school,improving the internal and external working environment of PE teaching,developing individual comprehensive ability and enhancing core competitiveness.
