This study was designed to analyze special post teachers’professional identity dimension composition, exploring special post teachers’professional identity whether it had impact on job satisfaction.312specially-set-post teachers in rural primary and middle school of Queshan country were surveyed by two questionnaires which separately named as "specially-set-post teacher’s professional identity questionnaire" and "teacher’s job satisfaction questionnaire". SPSS17.0software was adopted as data analysis and processing tool. The results showed that:Firstly, special post teachers’professional identity scale had good reliability and validity, which can be used as an effective tool for measuring special post teachers’ professional identity;Secondly, Overall, special post teachers have the higher level of professional identity;Thirdly, The level of professional identity of special post teachers did not exist significant differences in gender, age, education, school type; but it had significant differences in the location of the school and teaching years; Special post teachers have the higher level of job satisfaction;Fourthly, The level of professional identity on job satisfaction did not exist significant differences in gender, and age, which had significant differences in age, school type, the location of the school and teaching years;Fifthly, the special post teachers’professional identity had significantly positive correlation with job satisfaction;Sixthly, the level of professional identity had a positive effect on the job satisfaction;This study suggested that, the central government, public society, the local educational authorities, the schools and the special post teachers themselves should take some measures to enhance the level of professional identity and the job satisfaction for realizing policy goals.
