In recent years,the problem of graduates’ employment difficulties has been discussed by all walks of life.The employment issue,as the most concerned issue for young people,has been placed in a priority position in this year’s two sessions.Occupational maturity is the level of professional development corresponding to the stage of professional development in the process of continuous development.The maturity of the occupation is related to the future career and life development of the individual.The improvement of occupational maturity is a long-term process.At present,the level of occupational maturity of middle school students in China is generally low.The education and training of vocational maturity of high school students in Xinjiang is almost blank.Therefore,it is necessary for students to carry out services to improve career maturity.This study is mainly divided into two parts.Study 1: After learning from the research results of domestic and foreign researchers,a questionnaire was sent to 318 students in a middle school in Xinjiang to understand the characteristics of the school’s professional maturity,occupational maturity.Influencing factors.The research results show that the current high school students’ occupational maturity level is not high,the career orientation of the self is not clear,the students have high expectations for their future careers,and there is a lack of professional decision-making knowledge.The selected research school is located in a remote area of China,and it is relatively weak in terms of vocational planning education.There are fewer ways for students to understand the profession.The study also found that the family’s attention to children’s academic performance and future planning is an important factor affecting the high school students’ professional maturity.Parents’ attention to the child’s current learning and future development is higher,and the child’s professional maturity is relatively higher.High,indicating that the family has a greater impact on the child’s overall career development.Study 2: Combining the characteristics of the school,through the group work method,36 students in the second grade of the school will carry out professional social work services in the form of group work,and evaluate the intervention to explore the promotion of high school from the perspective of social work.The method of occupational maturity.The low professional maturity of high school students is caused by the lack of attention of schools and families,and the lack of knowledge about students’ understanding of career planning.The results of the study show that the application of social work group methods to intervene in the maturity of high school students can effectively improve the professional maturity of students.The form of group work is relatively novel for students and can learn life in high-stress high school.In the middle of the role of decompression.Therefore,the program to improve the professional maturity of high school students should be carried out from the perspective of improving the maturity of high school students’ occupational maturity,strengthening the self-recognition of high school students,and increasing the channels for high school students to understand the relevant knowledge of career planning.
