With the aging problem becoming more and more serious in our country,the choice and transformation of the social service mode for the aged has been paid more and more attention.As one of the social pension service methods,institutional pension,after years of development,all aspects gradually mature.In the context of institutional pension,nursing staff in pension institutions,as the direct providers of pension services,are gradually concerned by the public.In reality,endowment nurse group is faced with long working hours and workload is bigger and the overall benefits lower various aspects,it also has caused many endowment nurse career low esteemed problems exist,and further caused the endowment nurse in the work pressure,depressed,and so on and so forth,negative influence on the whole endowment orderly working condition;At the same time,as the direct provider of old-age care services,the degree of occupational identity of old-age care workers will directly affect the quality of the old-age care services provided,and the low degree of occupational identity of old-age care workers is not conducive to the development of the entire old-age care institutions.S welfare homes in Hangzhou as an example,this study analyzes the pension nurse daily work life and professional attitude and cognition,etc.,points out that the professional identity influenced by multiple factors,including friends and family to pension low nurse professional recognition,social less esteemed,individual lack of correct career cognitive benefits low,pension institutions,professional at lower levels,esteemed and career were lower with the specific requirements.This research in social learning theory and the social support theory,under the guidance of taking growth team working mode to carry out a particular theme in oldage nursing occupational low team activities,through group activities,alleviate endowment caregivers work and psychological pressure,make endowment caregivers can correct view of their career,increase endowment nurse career,esteemed ascension pension nurse's self-confidence and the quality of life,and improve the service level of the organization.And from the group work intervention method,the role of social workers and other aspects of reflection,and combined with the practical process to give relevant Suggestions.
