Study On The Career Planning Problem Of "Deviated Behavioral Youth"

With the increase in the rate of juvenile delinquency,“deviant behavioral adolescents” have become a group of social concerns.How to guide “deviant behavioral youth” to develop in the right direction,career planning service has become a crucial development topic.Understanding the current status of career planning for d“deviant behavioral youth” and assessing career planning needs are the premise and basis for career planning services.In this context,the author conducts a career planning survey of adolescents in the work-study school and understands their career planning problems and needs.The purpose is to explore the intervention plan for social work intervention in the career planning of “deviant behavioral youth”.These are designed to solve the problems faced,tap the strengths and potentials,enhance career planning capabilities,and promote their positive development.Through questionnaires,in-depth interviews,literature review and other methods,it is found that the career planning of “deviant behavioral youth” has the following problems: lack of self-awareness,weak professional consciousness,unclear career goals,disjointed career goals and actions,insufficient career planning ability,career planning Limited support.From the physical and psychological aspects of the individual system,the family,peers,schools,and society of the external environmental system analyze the causes of the problem.In conjunction with interviews with “deviant behavioral youth”,parents of students,and teachers at work-study schools,a needs assessment of career planning was conducted.On this basis,the author is based on the theory and method of social work,guided by the perspective of advantage.The author divides career planning into four stages:self-awareness,career matching,professional experience,and career planning.And,,designs a social work intervention program to explore effective intervention methods for social work of “deviant behavioral youth”.
