County Vocational Education Center Of Higher Vocational Education Of The Development Of Rural Research

County vocational education center is the major undertaker of rural vocational education. From 1980s to 1990s,the center appears greatly and uninterruptedly in China aiming at developing rural secondary.While entering the new century,the vision of building a new socialist countryside has been established,which calls for devoting efforts to develop rural human resources and raising rural laborers' all-round quality.Based on that,county vocational education centers' main task is not only developing the rural secondary vocational education, but also the higher vocational education.Take Tianchang city as the study case,this paper,centering on the city' s economic and social state,analyzes the demand for developing rural higher vocational education,which is caused by the agriculture modernization,non-agricultural industries' development in rural areas,and the urbanization advance.Hence,it shows the Tianchang vocational education center' s experiences and explorations in developing rural higher vocational education,its effects and problems.Aiming at county vocational education center' s future,this paper puts forward the measures and suggestions to further developing the rural higher vocational education.
