In recent years,with the development and prosperity of the policy of"innovation and opening up",the degree of opening up of its domestic economy has been improved,and all walks of life are flourishing.However,Laos has always been dominated by agriculture and its domestic industrial base is relatively weak.Therefore,Laos is short of domestic labor force,especially technical and scientific talents.Correspondingly,with the transfer of manufacturing industry to southeast Asia and the migration of foreign enterprises to Laos,a large number of foreign labors enter Laos,so foreign labors become an increasingly important force in the development of Laotian enterprises.This article through to the previous literature studies,to define the Laos foreign workers constitute the current situation and trend of Laos foreign workers to do the sorting and summary,found Laos nearly 80000 foreign workers in 2018,up 44.44%from a year earlier,they are mainly distributed in vientiane,savannakhet province pan,China provinces,account for barca,khammouane province these five provinces or municipalities directly under the central government.Vientiane,the capital of Laos,was home to the largest number of foreign workers,nearly 26,000.At present,foreign workers mainly focus on construction,translation,clothing,serviceand other four industries,mainly from China,Vietnam,Thailand these three countries.In this paper,foreign workers from four representative cities of foreign workers,capital Vientiane,shawan nagi province,shawan-seru special economic zone and huapan province,were selected as the subjects of the questionnaire survey,and it was found that they were generally satisfied with their existing jobs.And then on the basis of the JDI scale,(1)interpersonal environment from(2)working content(3)working conditions(4)compensation(5)welfare(6)company status(7)personal development personal visit Laos foreign workers achieve the eight dimensions influence factors of job satisfaction,and hope for the,causes to explore the specific problems and the countermeasures and Suggestions.This study on the basis of 360 valid questionnaires 400(the actual),SPSS 22.0 was used for correlation,regression and variance analysis of survey data,found in Laos foreign workers job satisfaction factors,salary,personal development,benefits and individual to realize the positive effect is the largest.In addition,108 foreign workers were selected for interview and survey.It was found that the reasons for the low job satisfaction of foreign workers in Laos lie in the following aspects:Lower pay levels;Low level of welfare;Long working hours and high labor intensity;Slow equipment update and inadequate office modernization;Poor communication with superiors;Lack of personal development and personal realization;Lack of corporate culture.On this basis,this study puts forward the following countermeasures and Suggestions:Improve employee benefits;Reasonable arrangement of work content;Upgrade office equipment modernization level,improve office conditions;Improve the communication mechanism;Help employees to make career development plans;We will strengthen corporate culture.It is hoped that this will help Lao enterprises effectively manage foreign workers,help them adapt to the competition in the social market,and achieve a win-win situation for both enterprises and employees.
