Counselors are the backbone of carrying out the ideological and political education of college students,and are the organizers,implementers and guides of the daily ideological and political education and management of college students.Counselors should work hard to become students' talented mentors and healthy friends.Institutions of higher learning should insist on taking the Lideshu people as the key link and regarding the construction of counselors as an important part of the construction of teachers and management teams.They should make overall plans and make overall arrangements so as to continuously improve their professional standards and occupational skills and ensure that counselors can work well Conditions,officers have a platform,treatment is guaranteed,there is room for development.However,the current counselors encountered some bottlenecks and difficulties in the promotion process of the training system,promotion channels,quantitative assessment,and reduced their job satisfaction.Based on the theories of job satisfaction of the counselors in higher vocational colleges,the related research results and interview results,this paper designs the job satisfaction questionnaire of the counselors from the five dimensions of hospital management system,career planning and development,salary and welfare,working environment and pressure and social support so as to investigate the current situation of counselors job satisfaction.According to the mean and variance analysis of the questionnaire data,the main factors affecting the job satisfaction of the counselor are: poor communication with the leaders;lack of support for career planning and development training for counselors;pressure on job title rating;identity/post Conversion difficulties;In addition,housing conditions,with the number of people will also reduce the counselors job satisfaction.Combined with the actual situation of SXRI,the paper puts forward some targeted education measures from the aspects of strengthening the communication with the leaders of the institute,assessment,professional title evaluation,training,job transfering and so on in order to continuously improve the college counselors job satisfaction and their work enthusiasm and initiative.
