Practical knowledge is the basis of teachers' professional development and an important part of teachers' knowledge.Educational practice,as the beginning of interns' going to educational practice and going to educational platform in person,is conducive to the development of their practical knowledge.As the backbone of basic education in the future,attaching importance to the development of practical knowledge of interns is conducive to their speedy passing through the initial stage of employment,shortening the adaptation period,and ensuring that interns successfully embark on educational and teaching posts.This research takes the primary school education interns of Grade 2015 in Z University as the research object,and carries out the investigation and research on the status quo of their practical knowledge.Through questionnaires to collect information concerning grasping and recognition of the grade to practical knowledge,and by virtue of data processing of SPSS24.0,it is found that the interns majored in primary education in Z school have a good cognitive of practical knowledge,especially about self-knowledge and educational means.Further,in the investigation of the influencing factors of practical knowledge,it is found that the status quo of interns' practical knowledge development is most related to the activities in educational practice,and the learning in undergraduate colleges and the characteristics of interns themselves will also have an important impact on interns' practical knowledge.In addition,in the process of educational practice,the main ways for interns to acquire practical knowledge are to communicate with the instructor of the practice school,the teaching and class management in the process of educational practice,self-reflection and the communication between the interns and their peers after class.Finally,the interviewing method is used to interview individual interns to obtain more detailed and in-depth practical knowledge to make up for the insufficient data collection by the questionnaire.In view of the status quo of practical knowledge among the interns majoring in primary education in Z school and in-depth understanding getting by virtue of interview,this study puts forward three suggestions: Firstly,deepen the practice training mode under four-year system,pay attention to the analysis regarding the results obtained by interns after educational practice,and pay attention to the development of specialized courses in primary education;Secondly,undergraduate colleges and practice schools attach great importance to the selection of teaching practice leaders and practice instructors;lighten the burden of other work,strengthen the attention of the teacher to education practice,and adopt the way of apprenticeship partnership for practice guidance;then realize the development of practical knowledge from the close communication among practice leaders,practice instructors and interns.Finally,interns improve the efficiency of reflection by combining self-reflection with feedback from others.
