Research On The Training Mode Of Skilled Talents In Higher Vocational Colleges Based On "Studio"

Skilled personnel is an important carrier of economic transformation and upgrading,as well as an important carrier of technological innovation in manufacturing industry.With the advancement of "made in China 2025" strategy,enterprises have an increasingly urgent demand for skilled talents cultivated by higher vocational colleges.However,the traditional talent training mode of higher vocational colleges can hardly meet the requirements of the transformation and upgrading of manufacturing industry for the specification and quality of skilled talents in terms of both the training concept and the training mode,resulting in the shortage of high-quality skilled talents.Therefore,higher vocational colleges began to reform and innovate the new mode of training skilled talents.Studio talent training mode takes studio as the carrier,skills training as the core,working process as the guide course,practical project as the guide teaching and integrates theoretical learning with practical training.This mode is highly compatible with the current cultivation of skilled talents that emphasize practical ability.It goes hand in hand with the cultivation concept of "school-enterprise cooperation and combination of work and study" promoted by higher vocational colleges.And it has unique advantages in cultivating the professional ability of skilled talents,improving the quality of talent supply in higher vocational colleges and meeting the needs of enterprise development.Therefore,studio talent training mode is gradually developed and promoted in higher vocational colleges.To study the training mode of skilled talents in higher vocational colleges based on "studio",this paper takes G higher vocational colleges as the research object.G vocational college,as a practical education base in Zhejiang province,keeps exploring in talent training.After more than ten years of development,it has formed a unique studio talent training mode.Firstly,the connotation and components of the studio talent training mode are analyzed from the perspective of theoretical research to clarify the operating mechanism of the studio education in higher vocational colleges.Secondly,through the method of field research,the paper presents the current operation situation of G vocational college studio talent training mode,and concludes that G vocational college studio education mode has achieved certain results in student development,teacher growth,school harvest and enterprise income,etc.Thirdly,through the method of interview and investigation,this paper conducted in-depth interviews with the relevant subjects of studio talent cultivation mode,and found out the existing problems of G vocational studio's talent cultivation mode such as imperfect government management,insufficient investment of enterprises,imperfect measures of vocational colleges,unstable "double-qualified" teachers and weak student autonomy.Finally,based on the analysis of the existing problems of studio education mode and the theory of resource dependence,this paper puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions of studio talent training mode from five aspects:strengthening the guidance of the government,increasing the support of enterprises,improving the institution system,building a "double-qualified" team and changing students' ideas to further optimize the studio education mode of G higher vocational colleges,and to provide reference for other higher vocational colleges to develop the studio talent training mode.
