A Study Of Talent Cultivation In High Vocational Colleges

With the continuous progress of the process of strategic emerging industries in Hunan, the demand for vocational skilled personnel for our economic and social development is increasing. In order to implement the strategic emerging industry development strategy, the advantage of China’s vast human resources must be taken. In the current labor market, however, there exists serious contradiction between the supply and the demand. The shortage of skilled personnel in vocational status quod restricting strategic emerging industry has become a "bottleneck".With the strategic emerging industries in Hunan Higher Vocational Technology Vocational skilled talent as the research object, the article consists of three parts. The first part studies the basic characteristics of the strategic emerging industry, the characteristics of the Higher skilled personnel under the strategic emerging industries, and a brief analysis and argumentation on the modern enterprises’demand for the Vocational skilled personnel with background of the strategic emerging industry development; The second part taking Hunan for example, based on the status quod in Hunan vocational skilled talent training, puts forward the point of views on the problems and the reasons for higher vocational skilled talent; The third part presents a strategy based on strategic emerging industries in Hunan Vocational skilled talents cultivation.Personnel training relates to many factors, and different measures can be taken according to the characteristics of strategic emerging industry development and the cultivation of high-quality skilled personnel. The proposition including optimization of Vocational skilled talent professional settings, improvement of vocational education "double division" level, practice teaching innovation Vocational skilled talent; opening up of Vocational skills training platform, professional structural adjustment,"Double team" building, implementation of practice teaching, training base construction, and talent management and evaluation are discussed, to strive to fine personnel training process respectively as a theoretical reference for vocational skilled talents training reform, to further promote the development of strategic emerging industries, and to accelerate China’s modernization.The research also involves the safeguards machanism for strategic emerging industries in Hunan Vocational Technology Vocational skilled talent training:to highlight the "three keys" and strengthen the basic ability training; to construct an effective mechanism for promoting Vocational training of skilled personnel; to enhance the vitality of Vocational skilled personnel training colleges; and to increase the sponsoring competitiveness of higher vocational institutions as well.
