Medical Social Work was born in the west and has a history of more than more than 100 years.At present,in the United Kingdom,the United States and other developed countries,the development is more mature,medical social workers in modern medicine plays an important role.China's medical social work originated in the 1921 Beijing Concorde Hospital "social Services department",at present in Beijing,Shanghai,Shenzhen and other places to develop better.At present,the development of medical social work in Jiangsu Province is still in the primary stage.In recent years,"Medical trouble","injury" incidents frequently appear,doctor-patient relations continue to deteriorate,the Times summon the development of medical social work.“"Lou City doctor-patient relationship forward Promotion pilot project is the first local medical social work project established at the expense of T City Wei Planning Commission,which is an integral part of the development of medical social work in Jiangsu Province,aiming to promote the healthy development of doctor-patient relationship,improve the medical environment and enhance the experience of medical treatment.Taking the project as an example,using the participatory observation method,questionnaire method,interview method and data analysis method to obtain first-hand information of the research needs,this paper introduces the general situation of the pilot project of the doctor-patient relationship in Lou City,which is encountered in the course of project operation,such as hospital resistance,unclear role of medical social workers,alienation of landing departments The distrust of patients and their families,the limitations of institutions and social workers themselves,and the effectiveness of their final service.At present,the research on medical social work in China is mainly based on working methods,departments and diseases,development mode and support resources,the research quantity is increasingly abundant,and the research content is gradually refined.However,so far,there has not been a precedent for studying medical social work from the perspective of game theory.Based on this,a new direction of research is proposed.Combining with the relevant knowledge of game theory,this paper explores the game relationship in the interaction between medical social workers,health care personnel and patients and their families in the course of landing and operation of medical social work projects.Both medical social workers,health care workers or patients and their families have two action strategies to choose from: Cooperative strategies and non-cooperative strategies.You can get different benefits by choosing different action strategies.Combined with many cases,the action strategy and attitude of multivariate subject change are analyzed.Medical social workers,medical personnel and patients and their families and other diverse subjects for their respective interests "wits",but also because the common interests of each other "compromise",in the twists and turns to promote the project forward.Then it constructs a strategy model to promote the game of medical social workers intervening with medical staff and patients and their families in the hospital field.Medical social workers need to promote the establishment of a variety of "restraint" mechanisms or "contracts",play a multi-service role,both "compromise" and "independent",with health care workers and patients and their families to establish a relationship of trust,so as to promote the implementation of the project.The significance of this strategy model is that when other hospitals introduce medical social work services or establish medical social work departments,they can draw on the relevant strategies in this model and flexibly adapt them to facilitate the landing of related services in hospitals.Finally,the interaction of multiple subjects is summed up as a kind of "entity relationship" of cooperative game,which also reflects on the limitation of research,hoping to provide some reference for the introduction of medical social workers in other hospitals,and to promote the development of medical Society work practice in China.
