Rural education is the cornerstone of Chinese education,is to boost rural political,economic,social development momentum.Rural education level determines the speed of China's economic development,determines the overall quality of the national level,determines the majority of children's future.And rural teachers is the key factor in determining the level of education,so the birth of rural special teachers this new group.In the new century,the Chinese government has paid more and more attention to rural education.Since 2006,the State Council has implemented the special education program in the rural compulsory education stage,so that many excellent students in the university to serve the education in rural areas,on the one hand to improve the serious employment of college graduates Environment;on the other hand,the overall quality of rural teachers and rural education has been improved.Chibi City since 2011 to start the "special post plan" since the township rural special teachers have become rural primary and secondary school education a new force,their high academic qualifications,comprehensive high quality,a new generation of rural education to promote and implement The rapid development of overall education in Chibi city.It is very important to change the educational environment and the educational level of the backward rural areas in Chibi City.It is very important to realize the equality of urban and rural education.Therefore,the current situation of rural special train teachers in Chibi city is investigated and analyzed,and the problems in the construction of rural special teachers are found.Such as male and female,gender imbalance;poor salary level;low number of training and no targeted;low social status,these problems with human resources management 5P model classification and analysis.In response to the problems reflected in these surveys,a 5P model of human resources to make a reasonable response.Such as: demand for the post,take into account the balance;clear responsibilities,identify skills;broaden the recruitment channels to attract high-end talent;increase training opportunities,training content specialization and other related countermeasures.The aim is to create a high-quality,strong-performing,newminded,innovative,work-life satisfaction,willing to sacrifice and stable rural special faculty in Chibi's rural primary and secondary schools,so that Chibi rural education has entered a new Of the times.
