Chemistry is an applied branch,which is highly closed to the advancement of human beings and development of society,and its core knowledge is applied in every branch of natural science.Being well in Learning chemistry will benefit us both in research and daily life.In recent years,with the development of essential-qualities-oriented schooling and curriculum revolution,the teaching method is reforming as well,and the situational teaching method is more and more regarded by education researchers and education staffs.Of all different kinds of situational teaching methods,life-based situation is paid the most attention.Considering the characteristics of adolescents' psychological age and the contents of chemistry textbooks of middle school,using life-based situational teaching method according to different needs can highly improve the passion and interest of students and the efficiency of classing,and is good for students to form the structure of knowledge,further more,is good to cultivate the patriotism and positive system of values of students.The paper is based on the nine-grad chemistry textbooks of Peoples' Education Press and aims to study the life-based situational teaching method.After analyzing the previous research results with literature research method,looking into the chemistry teachers of several local middle school by interview method and observation method,analyzing the current use of life-based situational teaching method,the paper tries to find out the questions and reasons,and solutions at the same time.The questions found mainly included:(1)the level of reality and efficiency of life-based situation is low.(2)the life-based situation is not comprehensive.(3)the aim of using the life-based situation is not clear.Through searching a series of material,it seems that the core reason for questions above is that some teachers are lack of understanding for new course concept and theory study,leading to the difficulty to discover original materials,further causing the design of life-based situation and the chemicalknowledge can not be integrated organically,and the students are lack of scientific literacy.To solve the problems,here are four strategies:(1)create life situation based on social focus,(2)create life situation based amoral narration,role playing and media.(3)create life situation based on experiments,(4)create life situation based on open,instructive and elastic problems.By analyzing the choosing,the principle of use and the implementation strategy of life-based situational materials,the paper attempts to provide teaching cases by applying the implementation strategy in it.Hoping this investigation can help the basic education.
