Research On The Current Situation Of College Students' Health Literacy And The Development Of Health Education

The report of the 19~thh communist party of China national congress in 2017 put forward the the strategy of implementing a healthy China,and health literacy is an important indicator to measure the national health index.As the mainstay of the future society,college students should have good health literacy.Besides health education is an important way to promote health literacy,and the level of health literacy also directly affects the level of national health education.Through the analysis of the students'physique and physical test results of Shenyang Aerospace University,as well as investigation and research on the current situation of health literacy and health education of college students,it is found that college students have low health literacy and weak awareness of health maintenance.There are a series of problems in the form of class,the content of teaching materials and the course evaluation on system.College and universities should adopt the interactive health education course mode,compile practical teaching material based on the age of students,integrate the intelligent equipment with the course evaluation mechanism,and train professional health education staff,so as to improve the level of health education in colleges and universities.We should publicize health knowledge through multiple channels,create a spositive campus atmosphere,strengthen self-education,attach importance to mental health,change students'health concepts and improve the health literacy of college students.Changing from health health education in colleges and universities to health promotion in colleges and universities,a health network system should be built by integrating society,colleges and families.
