In recent years,the problem of school bullying has been reported by the media many times,and it has been highly valued by the government and academic circles.School bullying infringes on the basic right to education of adolescents,and has a significant negative impact on the physical and mental health of the bullied adolescents,as well as on the bystanders of the bullying incident and the campus environment.As a gathering place for left-behind youths,rural boarding schools are the main components of schools in rural areas.Research on campus bullying is relatively lacking.The rural boarding students are not only the hope of every rural family,but also the future of national development.It is the common responsibility and goal of the whole society to take measures to reduce the incidence of school bullying and protect the health and safety of young people.Therefore,the research based on school bullying in rural boarding schools is not only of theoretical significance,but also necessary and urgent practical significance.This study is based on a cross-sectional survey and field interviews on the current situation of bullying in the rural boarding X school in province S,using the D.Olweus child bullying questionnaire to re-design the middle school student bullying questionnaire to descriptively analyze the current situation of school bullying in X middle school.,binary Logistic regression analysis and Spearman correlation analysis,summed up the basic characteristics of school bullying in rural boarding school,and explore the influencing factors of the current rural boarding school bullying incident.The study found that:(1)The total incidence of school bullying in X middle school was 30.3%,of which the school bullying rate was 25.2%,the school bullied rate was 9.9%,and there were differences in household registration type,accommodation and staying status(P<0.05).There is widespread school bullying in the rural boarding school;(2)Grades,number of good friends,staying in the situation,and parental concern were negatively correlated with bullied(P<0.05),while positive relationship with father was positively correlated with bullied(P<0.05);(3)student's achievement and relationship with mother were positive correlated with school bullying(P<0.05),and parental concern was negatively correlated with bullying(P<0.05);(4)The most significant impact on rural boarding school bullying was the personal and family level factors,compared with the school level and social level factors.On this basis,based on the survey results and experience,this paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for prevention and governance of school bullying in China.Education depends on the whole village.All levels of society should give their own strength to campus safety,unite the power of teenagers,families,schools and the whole society to deal with school bullying and provide a safe campus environment for young people.
