The Study Of Rural Boarding Middle School Student Management

To improve the quality of education in rural middle school is the inevitable requirement of the development of the country and society in the new period.With the establishment of a wide range of rural boarding schools,Rural boarding middle school has become an important way of receiving education among the rural students.and rural boarding middle school is an important platform to improve the rural people's cultural quality.Therefore,perfecting the management method of rural boarding middle school students has become the primary problem to keep the stability of society development.This study takes the M village in Bayannur.city where I teach in the middle school in Inner Mongolia as a research example,I has investigated the rural boarding middle school students' management status,including boarding life management,mental health and comprehensive development and management,academic management three aspects in the middle school.Life management includes: security management,food hygiene and school dormitory management by using the questionnaire among M school students.I brought up various management problems existing in the middle school boarding investigation.Though investigation and analysis of the results,I concluded that the management of students' mental health and comprehensive quality of boarding students,and analyzed the reasons for boarding through case study and interview method.Finally I used questionnaire and interview method for analysis of academic management of students' problems and summarized the existing junior high school boarding students though further research.In the light of feasible countermeasures and strategies about these problems are.At the same time,I worked out the interviews and selected students from the first,second and third different Grades.What's more,I selected three different parents on behalf of the parents of three different Grades.We communicated with each other face-toface and mainly talked about mental health of boarding students in the middle school,and put forward many effective ways to overcome the psychological problems of rural middle school students.I made the conversation with the vice president of comprehensive educational department of middle school and the class teacher.and I analyzed several typical cases systematically and comprehensively,and concluded that they should enrich extracurricular activities,pay attention to students' interpersonal and organizational skills and comprehensive quality training of the rural middle school students.To sum up: middle school boarding education is related to the development of education for achieving the long-term goal for education.Middle school boarding education is related to the rise and fall of the motherland.Therefore,I research on education status of rural students' problems,and summarize the corresponding effective management strategies.
