Campus bullying,which is a social problem of campus safety and an important problem to be solved in the world.Campus bullying is a kind of malicious and deliberate aggressive behavior that occurs on campus,between students,and individuals(or groups)continuously and repeatedly through words,limbs,network and so on.In recent years,the bullying behavior on campus has gradually tended to be younger-age and the bullying behavior in rural boarding primary schools has occurred frequently,which makes the physical and mental health and personal safety of rural primary school students worrying.Through this study,in order to make more people understand and pay attention to rural boarding pupils the present situation and existing problems of bullying behavior in primary school to give more care to rural boarding primary school students,reduce the occurrence of campus bullying,create a sunny and safe campus environment for students,and promote the healthy growth of students.This study adopts the case study method,develops the behavior observation record table and the interview outline suitable for this study on the basis of the existing research,and adopts the purposeful sampling method.Based on the particularity of families,differences of personal characteristics and uniqueness of personal experience and background.The subjects were further narrowed down to 9 students.By means of interview,observation and physical collection,the bullying behavior of Z boarding primary school was observed and studied.By describing the present situation of bullying behavior on campus,we can describe the occurrence places,types,characteristics and forms of bullying behavior,bullies,the bullied,bystander and other different participants’ feelings about campus bullying behavior.Students,teachers,principals,parents and other different subjects’ understanding and attitude towards campus bullying behavior,as well as the ways in which different subjects deal with bullying behavior on campus are analyzed.Bullying behavior in Z primary school is classified into physical bullying,verbal bullying,relational bullying and financial bullying;bullying behaviors are characterized by deliberation,persistence,unbalance and concealment;and bullying participants in campus are sorted into three forms : "multi-to-one "," one-to-many " and " multi-to-many ".The specific bullying behaviors are as follows: collision,kicking,tripping pulling,slapping,marginalizing,insulting nicknames,pranks,spitting,stationery destruction and clothes scribbling,etc.Bullying places include classrooms,playgrounds,aqua privies and dormitories.On the basis of social learning theory and social emotion learning,this paper studies the attribution analysis of bullying behavior in rural boarding primary schools,student development imbalance shows the differences of personality and mind,emotional apathy driven by cognitive loss,lacking of interpersonal skills,alienation of peer relationship and "intimacy";family duty impairment shows breakdown of family structure,anomie of family behavior,disharmony of family environment and the lack and dislocation of family education;the disharmony of class peer interaction is manifested in teachers "preference" and "prejudice" towards students,existence of more self-interested individuals and undesirable small groups in the class and the lack of binding force in the class rules system;the lack of "education" of school education and management systems is manifested in the disharmony between teachers and students,the formalization of moral and rule of law education and mental health education,the lack of dormitory supervision,the lack of school-based prevention and control system;the spread of bad information on the network,relevant policies are formalized,the neglect of rural boarding primary school students and the lack of prevention and punishment system.According to the above analysis of the causes of bullying behaviors in rural boarding primary schools,the following prevention and control strategies are put forward: strengthening students subjectivity in the prevention and control of bullying behavior on campus,assuming the cooperative role of bullying prevention and control on campus of parents,playing the link of bullying prevention and control on campus of class,strengthening the leadership of bullying prevention and control on campus of school,and shouldering the leading responsibility of bullying prevention and control on campus of society.
