On Individualization Theory A Study On The Quality Of The Innovation And Entrepreneurship Education In Local Undergraduate Universities

Since 2014,innovation and entrepreneurship education has been the focus of educational research.All levels of colleges and universities are carrying out innovation and entrepreneurship education,and the quality of innovation and entrepreneurship education is also concerned.The quality of innovation and entrepreneurship is not only related to the construction of an innovative country,but also an important part of the quality of higher education.Starting from the quality management,this paper studies the quality of innovation and entrepreneurship education in local colleges and universities in G Province,and finds the following problems in the quality of innovation and entrepreneurship education in local colleges and universities by using the methods of literature analysis,questionnaire survey and interview: Students’ weak awareness of innovation and Entrepreneurship,lacking of innovation spirit,lacking of risk-taking spirit,uncompleted knowledge structure of innovation and entrepreneurship,and curriculum Lack of top-level design,innovation and entrepreneurship related capacity(opportunity related capacity,achievement transformation related capacity,risk control related capacity,ability to bear setbacks).The main reasons are as follows: first,the individual’s understanding of innovation and entrepreneurship education is not comprehensive;second,the school’s curriculum lacks top-level design and systematicness;the links between courses are not enough;third,the teachers are weak;fourth,the teaching methods are inadequate;fifth,the operation efficiency of practice platform is not high;sixth,the impact of traditional culture on individual value pursuit and innovative thinking 。In order to solve the above problems,this paper attempts to construct a countermeasure system for improving the quality of innovation and Entrepreneurship from the aspects of students,schools and society,trying to start from the following aspects: first,change the individual concept,guide the individual to correctly understand innovation and entrepreneurship;second,improve the construction of innovation and entrepreneurship curriculum system,improve the quality of teachers,improve teaching methods,and build a perfect practice platform;Third,strengthen theory cultural identity.
