With the development of the overall scale of graduate students,The scale of education for postgraduate students in pedagogy has also developed rapidly,The employment problem of graduates is becoming more and more prominent.The Employment of postgraduate students in Pedagogy is closely related to the idea of choosing a profession,The condition of career concept is related to the development of his own career.In this study,four colleges and universities in Jiangxi Province as the master of pedagogy graduate students as the object of study,Around Four Dimensions of the career concept: the motivation,the cognition,the expectation and the attitude of career choice to design the problem,Through the form of questionnaires to investigate the individual graduate students of pedagogy,the paper is to find out the current situation of the post-graduate students,and try to find out the influence factors formation of the post-graduate students career concept.This paper is based on the strategy of exploring the scientific and reasonable choice of choice for graduate students in the guidance of education.Through the investigation,it is found that the graduate students of pedagogy have a strong motivation to choose a job,a clear sense of choosing a job,a flexible orientation,a higher expectation of choosing a job,a more rational overall,and a great deal of attention to the satisfaction of the individual.Career choice attitude is more positive,but for the future career development is more vague.On the influence factors,the influence factors are sorted according to the mean value,and the top ten factors are: self-competence level,personal value,personal knowledge level,employment supply and demand market,subject professional background,social and economic development,and school reputation.The national policy-oriented and family background social relations(side by side),the development environment and the social practice experience(the ninth),the family economic situation.The influence degree between different dimensions is different,from high to low,individual factors,social factors,family factors and school factors.The career concept of pedagogy postgraduate should adapt to the requirements of career and social development.On the social side,the state should strengthen the policy guarantee to create a good social environment,schools should strengthen employment guidance,pay attention to the education of career outlook,families should understand the situation,give more encouragement;Through subjective efforts,the individual should improve his ability and knowledge level,and establish scientific and reasonable career concept.
