The development of the information age requires the cultivation of high-quality talents,which puts forward higher requirements for the development of education.In order to take the lead in the international competition and better meet the requirements of the society for education,many countries have issued educational laws and regulations to improve school education.Teaching,as the most basic way of school education,has the most lasting and profound effect.To a certain extent,the quality of teaching determines the quality of training talents.Therefore,we should establish the core position of teaching improvement in school improvement and provide a series of support for teaching improvement.However,there are many problems to be solved urgently in the process of teachers'teaching improvement practice,which requires us to understand the factors affecting teachers' teaching improvement,and then put forward targeted solutions.This research mainly uses the method of questionnaire and interview to investigate the actual situation and influencing factors of teaching improvement of 194 teachers from three middle schools and three primary schools in Liaocheng compulsory education stage.The difficulties of teachers'teaching improvement in compulsory education stage are as follows:Teachers'inadequate understanding of students' physical and mental development and the existing cognitive structure affects the means of classroom implementation of teachers'teaching improvement;teachers'inadequate self-improvement awareness and teachers' literacy restrict teachers' ability to improve teaching;the incentive mechanism for teachers'teaching improvement in schools is imperfect,affecting teachers' enthusiasm for teaching improvement;Schools and society do not attach importance to teaching improvement from the level of consciousness,which restricts a series of actions related to teaching improvement in schools.Based on a real understanding of the situation of teacher improvement and then puts forward four feasible countermeasures:teaching design and implementation of teaching improvement in a scientific and rational way according to the law of students' physical and mental development;improving teachers'self-improvement consciousness and professional quality,so as to effectively improve teachers' teaching reform.Improve the quality of progress;enhance the leadership of principals,take a variety of measures to promote the improvement of teachers'teaching ability;increase social support for teaching improvement,and further optimize the incentive mechanism for teachers' teaching improvement.
