In recent years,after-school service has attracted more and more attention from all walks of life.Carrying out after-school service work and solving the"3:30”problem are of vital importance to the healthy development of society,families and students.As one of the most important stakeholders in after-school service,parents' satisfaction with after-school service directly affects their enthusiasm and enthusiasm to parLicipate in after-school service,and further affects the quality and effect of atfter-school service.The research on parents'satisfaction with after-school service is helpful to improve the level of after-school service,promote stucdents' healthy growth and improve parents'satisfaction.This paper takes the parents of the students who participate in the after-school service of primary school as the object,and studies the satisfaction of the parents with the after-school service of primary school through the questionnaire method.Research findings:(1)In general,parents' satisfaction with after-school services is above the average.(2)Family structure has a significant impact on parents' satisfaction.Factors such as parents' identity,children's grade,children's academic performance,parents' educational background,parents'occupation and family monthly income have a certain impact on parents' satisfaction,but the impact is not significant.Based on the research results,combining with the survey of parents'expectations of after-school service,from the perspective of school,this paper puts forward suggestions to improve parents' satisfaction from the three directions of guaranteeing after-school service teachers,improving after-school service management and reasonably setting after-school service content:Increase the number of teachers,enrich the structure of the teachers;Organize corresponding training to improve teachers' comprehensive quality;Improve after-school service management system;Strengthen the communication and contact with parents;Enrich after-school service content to meet students' development needs;Enhance after-school service content of interest,enhance children's interest in learning.
