In the existing studies,it is stated that the market nursery institutions have emerged,and in general,their quality cannot be effectively guaranteed and their pricing is high.In addition,they mainly provide after-school tutoring to students,thus creating a situation where school education cannot be fully utilized and the value of school education is replaced to a certain extent by outside institutions,which is a further pressure on students.After-school delay services are provided in primary and middle schools,which have a very good infrastructure,and the teachers have excellent professional quality,and the safety of primary and middle students can be effectively guaranteed.Based on the above factors,parents of primary and middle schools are more eager to choose in-school after-school delay services.In summary,the active promotion of after-school service policy,while taking into account the two-way needs of students and their parents,is highly appropriate to the real needs of the educated group.At the present stage of education,the national macro education policy strongly advocates "reducing the burden and increasing the efficiency",and the current dismissal time has been advanced from 5:30 to 3:30 or 4:30.In general,the parents of students in dual-earner families leave work late and are misaligned with the students’ dismissal time.Therefore,how to ensure students’ life safety and how to meet the teaching needs of students’ extracurricular activities during this time gap is gradually rising to be a hot topic of concern in the current education academia.In2017,the "Guidance on the work of after-school services for primary and middle school students" clearly states that schools are equipped with the task of undertaking after-school service work for students and need to provide after-school service venues to students on their own,giving students and their parents the right to participate in after-school services of their own choice.The national education policies were promulgated and implemented,which have settled a strong foundation for the deployment of "where students go after school".Institutions at all levels should also adopt corresponding work arrangements according to their own teaching status,so as to ensure the integrity of the after-school service content,ensure that the after-school service content does not bring additional teaching burden to teachers,and ensure that school teaching resources and equipment can meet the direct requirements of the after-school service policy.In view of this,the author mainly takes the after-school delay service as the basis,and develops the study by combining the actual situation of the after-school delay service in primary school in Changzhou J district.Through parental questionnaires and interviews,data aggregation,analysis,sorting and comparison,this paper draws on satisfaction theory,comprehensive development theory,stakeholder theory and other relevant theoretical experiences to elaborate the current situation of primary school students and parents’ demand for after-school delay services,deeply explore the reality of after-school delay services for primary school students in J district,and systematically interpret the potential factors leading to the problem.We will also use this as a basis to explore the corresponding feasible ideas and work to is.Based on satisfaction theory and stakeholder theory,explore parental satisfaction with after-school delay services in primary school in Changzhou J district.The problems of parental satisfaction with after-school delay services in primary school in Changzhou J district and the causes of the problems,as well as the countermeasures to solve the problems.The research methodology of this paper is qualitative research,and the main research method is survey research method,in which five methods such as questionnaire survey method,interview survey method,literature research method,case study method and participant observation method are used as the methods and tools for collecting data.The survey and analysis of the current primary school parents’ satisfaction with the after-school service work were made,and the objective factors causing the decrease of parents’ satisfaction were carefully interpreted on the basis of the existing research,and its research value was mainly reflected in:First,we will build an after-school delay service based on the research results of domestic and foreign scholars to improve the problem of high demand for childcare for dual-income families and thus increase parental satisfaction.Second,the factors that improve the quality of after-school delay services in primary school are completed to ensure the supply guarantee system for orderly after-school delay services in schools.Third,we analyze in detail the social benefits of safeguards for after-school delay services in primary schools,highlighting the social value of improving the quality of after-school delay services in primary schools.In the current research or practice there is really less experience to learn from,how to fundamentally solve the problem of low parental satisfaction of after-school delay services in primary school,through the study,the following three points of improvement are proposed:First,to depend on the after-school delay service primary school parents’ satisfaction as a guiding direction and formulate individualized service content centre on the satisfaction of primary school parents with the after-school delay service.Second,to make schools and teachers’ basic guidelines for after-school delay service,and to enhance the level of after-school delay service.Third,to build up the "school + parents + teachers" after-school delay service system.
