Logistics services in colleges and universities is an integral part of management in colleges and universities,colleges and universities logistics service quality directly affects the daily life of the teachers and students,affects the teaching and scientific research of colleges and universities.College logistics service quality is directly related to the vital interests of teachers and students,through developing logistics service satisfaction survey,can improve logistics service quality,improve the logistics service satisfaction.Based on university teachers' logistics service satisfaction as the breakthrough point,combined with N logistical service in colleges and universities in Fujian province,analyze the key factors that affect university teachers' logistics service satisfaction,so as to put forward to improve university teachers' Suggestions on logistics service satisfaction,and enhance the level of logistics services in colleges and universities.First introduced the research background and research significance,through the analysis of the research status of domestic and international logistics service satisfaction,using relevant theory demonstrates the necessity of the research on university teachers' logistics service satisfaction;Secondly,this paper expounds the present status of N logisticservices in colleges and universities in fujian province,combined with the questionnaire survey,it is concluded that at present teachers the satisfaction evaluation of logistics service;Then to logistics service satisfaction as the dependent variable,individual characteristics and characteristics of college logistics service for the independent variables,through regression analysis,the results show that the individual characteristic variables of gender and income factors of teachers in colleges and universities logistics service satisfaction have positive significant impact,education factors of teachers in colleges and universities logistics service satisfaction has negative significant influence;Logistics services in colleges and universities characteristic variables of the service attitude,service efficiency,service integrity,infrastructure level factors of teachers in colleges and universities logistics service satisfaction have positive significant impact;On this basis,put forward to renew the idea of logistics service,broadening the scope of logistics services,countermeasures and Suggestions to strengthen the construction of logistics infrastructure.
