Research On The Current Situation And Influencing Factors Of Underground Students' Health Information Literacy

With the improvement of the economic level,cultural literacy,and the change of living environment,the public's attention to health issues has been continuously enhanced,and the public's demand for health information has also gradually increased.In the era of big data,the quantity of health information is not only redundant,but also the quality of health information is uneven,which has a great impact on the use of health information and the improvement of health literacy.In recent years,underground students have frequent accidents due to their low health information literacy.Therefore,this study studies underground students' health information literacy,explores the relationship between the performance of health information literacy and its influencing factors,helps to understand the characteristics of underground students' health information literacy,and guides underground students to improve their health information cognitive ability and obtain health care.The ability of health information,the ability of judging health information and the ability of applying health information scientifically and effectively to themselves can improve the level of underground students' health information literacy.In this paper,the research on underground students' health information literacy is mainly carried out through six parts: the first chapter is the introduction.The second chapter summarizes the related research on health information literacy assessment.Firstly,the related concepts are sorted out.On this basis,the health information literacy assessment tools at home and abroad are sorted out.The third chapter puts forward the research model and hypothesis of this paper through the literature sorting of the previous chapter.In the third chapter,through the literature collation of the previous chapter,research design,research model and research hypothesis are constructed.The fifth chapter carries on the data analysis and summarizes the research hypothesis results.The sixth chapter is the conclusion of the main research ofthis thesis,expounds the limitations of this paper,and finally puts forward some suggestions for the future direction of development.Through the above research steps,the research shows that gender,education background,major,source of students,family income and so on have a significant impact on underground students' health information literacy.Most of the survey samples think that their health status is general,lack of sleep and lack of exercise are the health problems most of the survey samples are facing.The motivation of most survey samples is mainly to understand the symptoms of the disease for self-diagnosis.The types of health information concerned are mainly symptoms,treatment methods and curative effects of the disease.There are more college students who get health information through search engines and medical professionals.In the application of Boolean logic operation in retrieval strategy,the correct rate of college students is only 45.95%.Underground students rely more on medical staff when they judge the value of health information.In the application of information,the correct rate of drug dosage judgment is only 30.48%.In the use of drugs,most people take a more cautious attitude.In the case of correct and wrong judgment,the correct rate is higher.47.62% of the sample would choose to quote journal articles.Health information awareness,health information acquisition,health information evaluation and health information application have a positive impact on health information literacy.Health information application plays a partial mediating role between health information literacy and the other three factors.This paper studies the relationship between the performance of health information literacy of college students and its influencing factors.It can understand the law of the performance of health information literacy of underground students and the mechanism of the relationship between influencing factors,provide scientific basis for improving health information literacy for colleges and universities and relevant departments,effectively improve the level of health information literacy of underground students,and enrich the field of health information literacy evaluation.Research hasfar-reaching significance for the development of this field.
