In the digital age,information literacy has become a key element of national and individual competitive advantages.Teenagers are builders and successors of the modernization cause of the information society,and it is of great significance for teenagers to promote their information literacy to improve the level of information development and international competitiveness in various countries.At present,students' information literacy has aroused widespread concern in society.Many international organizations,countries and regions,as well as researchers have developed the evaluation indicators of students' information literacy,and carried out the practices of assessing students' information literacy in order to promote the development of students' information literacy.However,few researchers have explored the influencing factors of students' information literacy extensively and deeply,which is a breakthrough point to enhance students' information literacy.The lack of research on the influencing factors of students' information literacy will affect the effectiveness and pertinence of strategies for improving students' information literacy.In addition,to improve students' information literacy,institutions and scholars at home and abroad have put forward strategies mainly from the external environments,such as the state,schools,teachers and families,and less from the internal emotional level of how to improve students' awareness,interest and confideninfluencing ce in using information technology.Therefore,this study aims to explore the factors of junior middle school students' information literacy,and propose targeted strategies for improving students'information literacy.First of all,the author consulted,collated and summarized the literatures on the connotations,influencing factors,and promotion strategies of information literacy at home and abroad,which laid a theoretical foundation for the determination of the influencing factors of information literacy and strategies for improving junior middle school students' information literacy subsequently.Next,the author determined the research objects and designed a prior "questionnaire on influencing factors of the information literacy of junior middle school students",and then the author pre-tested and modified the questionnaire according to the results of the pre-test.Then,the revised formal questionnaire was distributed to the research subjects and recycled.At the same time,the author selected some students randomly who participated in the survey to conduct semi-structured interviews in order to obtain the deep information and have better understand of the influencing factors of junior middle school students'information literacy.At last,the author collected and analyzed the data to explore the influencing factors of junior middle school students' information literacy.And,based on the influencing factors of junior middle school students' information literacy,the author put forward strategies for improving junior middle school students' information literacy.The results show that junior middle school students' information literacy scores show significant differences under different demographic characteristics.Girls'information literacy scores are higher than that of boys.Information literacy scores of students in grade 7 are higher than those in grade 8.Students' information literacy scores in urban areas are higher than that of rural students.In the different family socioeconomic background,students' information literacy is significantly positively correlated with their parents' educational level and family economic income.The scores of information literacy of students who have digital access at home are higher than those without digital access at home.In terms of the impact of information technology behavior participation on information literacy of junior middle school students,students' information literacy scores show an inverted U-shaped trend along with the increasing participation in information technology activities.Students'information literacy is significantly negatively correlated with the time of surfing the Internet per day,and positively correlated with the frequency of using information technology equipment.In addition,in terms of the impact of information technology emotional participation on information literacy of junior middle school students,students' ICT self-efficacy,the Internet perceived usefulness and the Internet affection have significant positive effects on the information literacy scores,and the ICT interest has a positive effect on the information literacy scores.Based on the results of data analysis,the author puts forward some suggestions for improving junior middle school students' information literacy.Fistly,we should improve the construction of information environment and provide material guarantees for improving students'information literacy.Secondly,we should help students establish positive information awareness,and cultivate students' interest in information technology.Thirdly,we should improve students' self-efficacy and enhance students' self-confidence in the use of information technology.Finally,we should enhance students' self-discipline and strengthen the supervision of information environment and moral education.
