Activities texts t is an important part of the geography textbook.It has many advantages such as specifying the learning focus,training the students' operation and thinking ability,expanding the students' vision and indicating the direction of the exam.Comparing the active texts of Chinese and American geography textbooks,analyzing the commonalities and differences of the textbooks of geography textbooks in the two countries,it is conducive to discovering the characteristics of American geography textbooks,drawing on its advantages,and promoting the active textbooks of geography textbooks in China.Improvement.The main research contents are as follows:First,it studies the specific functional types of active texts in Chinese and American geography textbooks,mainly indicating the difficulty of learning,mobilizing learning motivation,cultivating geography practice,improving cooperation and communication skills,cultivating thinking habits,training thinking styles,and infiltrating people.The concept of the land,the promotion of all-round development,the review of the consolidation of old knowledge,the direction of the examination,etc,can be combined into five major functional types:"guidance class","operation class","analysis class","extension class" and "review class",as the basis for the classification of comparative studies.Secondly,from the perspective of column structure,the number of active texts in American geography textbooks is more than that of Chinese geography textbooks,and the proportion of the five major functional categories is more balanced.The content characteristics of the five functional types of active texts were compared class by class.The "guidance class" can play a guiding role,but the Chinese geography textbook pays more attention to the guidance of learning methods and the establishment of the overall concept,while the American geography textbook emphasizes its outline and leadership;the "operational class" has a strong life and can be Operationality,but Chinese geography textbooks pay more attention to the cultivation of unity and cooperation consciousness,while American geography textbooks pay more attention to humanistic care;"analytical class" attaches great importance to the cultivation of reading ability,Chinese geography teaching materials focus on the cultivation of deductive thinking,and American geography teaching materials are combined.Deductive and inductive methods,while American geography textbooks pay more attention to the presupposition of real situations than China;"expansion classes”are highly integrated,but American geography textbooks show the characteristics of the times and strong openness;The "Review Class"activity texts are more diversified,the topics are more hierarchical,the questions are more diverse,and the exams are more explicit.Thirdly,according to the results of comparative research,combined with the needs of China's geography textbook reform,in the composition of the textbooks of the geography textbooks:expand the content of the active texts,enrich the activity columns;coordinate the various proportions,balance the activities;Characteristics of class activity texts:"Guidance class" perfect pre-course guidance and introduce core literacy;"operation class" highlights student standard and pays attention to humanistic care;"analysis class" creates problem situation,close to life reality;"expansion class"optimization The presentation method realizes the complementary of paper and electricity;the "review class" enriches the review section and strengthens the examination orientation.Although there are many studies on the comparison of active texts between Chinese and American geography textbooks,there is a lack of research on the activity types of the two countries based on the type of function.This article compares the types of functions by category,which is a new one.And an effective perspective.
