Our country has published a new version of high school geography textbook in 2019.The presentation of teaching materials has changed in a new way,which set up a variety of active text.This is also consistent with the design of various learning activities in and out of class,autonomous learning,inquiry learning columns and so on,which is proposed in the textbook compilation of the general high school geography curriculum standard(2017 Edition).But one of the difficult problems in geography teaching is how to make good use of active texts to implement the core accomplishment of geography.This paper emphasized the analysis and teaching application of the active texts in the compulsory 1 textbook of high school geography published by the people's education press in 2019,which provides reference and method guidance for the front-line teachers of high school geography to carry out the active texts in daily teaching and promotes the efficient use of the active texts in the new edition of high school geography textbooks in the classroom,further enrich the high school geography activity text theory research.In the context of the 2017 edition of the curriculum,take the students' book 1of compulsory course 1 of high school geography book published by people's education press in 2019 as an example.First of all,through reading a large number of literature materials,we can understand the concept of active texts in geography teaching materials,and comb out the literature related to the study of middle school geography active text,grasp the relevant theories and research progress of analysis and application of active text in middle school geography teaching materials.Secondly,it expounds the six columns of “situation introduction”,“activity”,“thinking”,“case”,“self-study window” and “problem research” in the geography compulsory 1 textbook of senior high school published by PEP edition,and analyzes the arrangement,characteristics and functions of these six columns.Finally,based on the analysis of the active text in the compulsory course 1 of high school geography published by the people's education press edition,combined with the existing teaching experience and the guidance of the relevant theoretical basis,this paper tries to put forward the application strategies of the active texts inthe classroom teaching,and carries out the typical teaching case design for the active texts.Based on the analysis of the active text of the geography compulsory course 1of the PEP edition,the following conclusions are drawn: 1.The presentation of the geography textbook of the PEP edition of senior high school is flexible and diverse,which attaches great importance to the design of the active text,presents the active texts through a variety of columns and contents,and implements the core accomplishment of the geography discipline,this also meets the requirements of the new geography curriculum standard.2.The setting of the active text makes the content of the textbook no longer rigid,and has the distinct characteristics of content selection,which has both traditional culture and current social hot spots,it conforms to the cognitive structure of middle school students;and complementary to the chart or narrative text.3.There are 80 active text columns in total,but the distribution of each chapter is not uniform,and the types are various,but the "activity" column is the main one.4.It also has the function of creating a good learning environment,promoting knowledge construction and optimizing the classroom teaching structure.On the basis of analysis,combined with their own teaching experience and relevant theoretical guidance,this paper puts forward different application suggestions for the application of six different types of active texts in the PEP education version of teaching materials,Different types of active texts have different teaching methods and usages,but in general,improves the teachers' own ability to regulate and control the classroom,makes full preparation before class,creates the situation,returns the classroom to the students,and gives full play to the students' subjective initiative,which is the key to active texts class application.
