The core quality of geography in the 21st century is proposed under the background of curriculum reform, and it is the guiding concept of the current direction of teachers' teaching and students' development. As one of the four core geographical literacy, regional cognitive literacy has guiding significance for current teaching. In addition,as a significant feature of geography, regionalism is inseparable from the essential foundation of regional cognitive literacy.Situational teaching has a long history and strong theoretical and practical basis. It coincides with the new curriculum standard that "core literacy should be inferred through students' external performance in complex real situations",and is an important carrier and means to help students to implement the level of literacy. There are few researches on the combination of regional cognition and situational teaching. Therefore, the research on the cultivation strategy of regional cognitive literacy based on situational teaching has theoretical value and practical significance.Any geography class cannot be separated from the laying of geographical situation. The class without the laying of situation is theoretical and lifeless.Students have no "environment" to look at,no "environment" to think about, and no"environment" to talk about.Situational teaching aims to create the background materials required by geographical knowledge, create a geographical environment for students, and enable students to think about the problems in the context through perceptual or rational knowledge,so as to achieve the implementation of knowledge and the formation of literacy.Regional cognitive literacy is one of the four core geographical literacy, which needs to be gradually and subtly influenced by regional materials of different scales to penetrate into students' minds. This coincides with the teaching philosophy of situational teaching. Therefore, there is a certain correlation between situational teaching and regional cognitive literacy.Based on the situation teaching and regional carefully reading of relevant theories of cognitive accomplishment,in view of situation teaching, oversee the implementation of the situational teaching process,to achieve the teaching effect of do,quantitative and reflect the level of regional cognitive accomplishment to carry out the,and put forward the corresponding strategies for the reality and the main problem. This paper consists of three parts:The first part is the constructed classroom observation diagnostic scale. With the help of literature analysis and expert interviews, this paper interprets the four teaching links of situational teaching, including "situational creation","situational introduction","situational application" and "situational application",and describes the regional cognitive literacy in different levels,so as to determine the classroom observation and diagnosis table of situational teaching for the cultivation of regional cognitive literacy. The second part is the status quo analysis.Through the diagnosis scale of regional cognitive literacy cultivation based on situational teaching, the author makes quantitative statistics and analysis of the real geography class, analyzes the existing problems according to the data, and summarizes the reasons. The third part is to propose strategies.Aiming at the existing problems in quantitative research, this paper proposes improvement and optimization strategies from the perspectives of schools, teachers and students, and takes "the development of energy resources--taking Shanxi Province of China as an example" as an example to carry out teaching design,so as to test the feasibility and effectiveness of strategies and provide reference and help for high school geography teachers.
