Contemporary college students are facing double pressures of study and employment.Under the influence of multiple factors,lack of physical exercise has become a common phenomenon among college students in our country.The proportion of weak participants in Physical Education in college students is getting higher and higher,which has become an important issue that can not be ignored in the implementation of the comprehensive fitness plan.This is caused by the lack of awareness of physical exercise and sports knowledge of College students.The main factors of the phenomenon.Sports APP,as a digital information platform which combines internet,big data and other emerging technologies with physical exercise,should play an active role in cultivating users' awareness of physical exercise and improving their cognitive level of scientific physical exercise.Although the influence of sports APP on College Students' exercise behavior has been paid attention to by academia,the existing literature is mostly qualitative research,and sporadic distribution in different aspects of sports APP's influence on sports exercise behavior,the profound impact of sports APP on sports exercise behavior has not been clearly described.Physical exercise behavior is embodied in three dimensions: physical exercise consciousness,physical exercise habit and physical exercise effect.It is the key to reveal the influence of sports APP on physical exercise behavior.It is of great practical significance for sports APP to improve the phenomenon of College Students' weak participation in physical exercise(the number of exercises per week is less than 3 times,and the time of each exercise is less than 0.5 hours).In this study,literature,expert interviews,experiments,questionnaires and mathematical statistics were used to study the behavior of college students using sports APP.The following conclusions were drawn:(1)In the sense of physical exercise,this paper uses the attitude index of physical exercise to test the influence of APP on the physical exercise behavior of college students who are weak in physical exercise.It is concluded that there are obvious differences in the attitude of college students who are weak in physical exercise before and after the experiment.The frequency and time of using APP can promote the sense of physical exercise.(2)In the aspect of physical exercise habits,this paper uses the regularity index of physical exercise to test the influence of APP on the physical exercise behavior of college students who are weak in physical exercise.It is concluded that there are obvious differences in the law of physical exercise among college students who are weak in physical exercise before and after the experiment,and this index has been improved to a great extent after the experiment.The frequency and time of using APP in physical exercise are all related to physical exercise.Habits have a stimulating effect.(3)In terms of the effect of physical exercise,this paper examines the influence of sports APP on the effect of weak participation in college students' physical exercise by using two indicators of willpower quality and team cooperation.It is concluded that there are obvious differences in willpower quality and team cooperation between the weak participation in college students before and after the experiment.The frequency and time of using sports APP can promote the effect of physical exercise.Effect.
