There has been a concept of training monitoring in China for a long time.For example,sports science analyzes athletes' physical status and physiological and biochemical levels through monitoring athletes' physiological indicators.With the continuous progress of science and technology,our methods of monitoring training and means are constantly updated,and the concept of digital training monitoring is put forward in the field of elite training.Monitoring digital training is that in sports training and competition in a variety of scientific equipment to collect the athletes physical indicators of real data,the athlete's physical stamina training of strength,speed,stamina,agility,power capacity is converted into digital data,through the analysis of the quantitative,summarized the data of physical training of athletes,contrasted each training data indicators of the athletes instantly,gave the feedback of the training to athletes,set more personalized custom athletes training plan.Compared with the one-sided and single of the methods of domestic monitoring and indicators,digital training is more accurate and more comprehensive.This paper takes the professional football league of shandong province adult women basketball team as the research object.Uses the method of literature material,the interview method,the test method,the mathematical statistics,logical analysis and other research methods,to obtain all the data and generate the report of the corresponding data by monitoring and assessing all kinds of criteria and competence.Coaches establish a training model of the sport fatigue and physical reserves by the data to guide the physical training athletes scientifically.This paper is to provide theoretical guidance and the enrich and perfect theoretical methods and practical applications of the initial stage of digital training through scientific load monitoring and evaluation of physical training for athletes.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)On the arrangement of the load of physical training,this paper collect athletes' physical fitness data through monitoring equipment,analyzes the physical weakness of each athlete.According to the training needs of athletes,the training targets of RMand percentage the load of fast strength is proposed,which reflects the scientific nature and accuracy of digital training.(2)In the process of the monitoring of physical training,coaches test the ability of existing physical of athletes according to the digital equipment,adjust the training target,monitor the process of physical training of athletes,and feedback the training situation of athletes in time.And change training means to reach the training load of athletes,then increase the load of the athletes to guarantee the completion of training objectives,so as to promote the ascension of the training effect.(3)The comparative analysis of the test data of strength,endurance,agility,speed and explosive of 12 athletes showed that digital monitoring can effectively improve the training quality.Through digital equipment,coaches monitor and intervene athletes' physical training from multiple perspectives,analyze various influencing factors to guide athletes' physical training,so as to maximize the benefits of physical training.
